Mod was great. The service was fairly slow. Detail took a very long time. We spent almost 6 hours there. Other than that Mod did a fantastic job very long time. We spent almost 6 hours there. Other than that Mod did a fantastic job More

BUYER BEWARE! Be very careful with this dealership. 1. The price they give you online is not the real price. They will automatically add an additional $1,500 in accessories to the price. These accessori The price they give you online is not the real price. They will automatically add an additional $1,500 in accessories to the price. These accessories are on the vehicle when it comes from GM per their sales reps and Manager Ron. If that is the case then those "accessories" should be on the window sticker not dealer add ons. So basically they are using bait and switch techniques on their prospective customers. Oh and also, their online add says that their dealer fee is included in the online price. Be careful as they will try to add it in again on a deal. So the advertised price is not the real price. 2. Their Sales Manager Ron....that guy is horrible. If you try to deal with him you will find he is very insulting at the very least. He told me I was not "invested" because I was attempting to do most of the work virtually and not in front of him. Per him I "am sitting on the couch watching football". Never mind he had no idea what I was doing and obviously must not give 2 cents that we are in the middle of a pandemic and all businesses are working primarily virtual....reality is I called him on the stuff above on the deal and he didn't like it. Not real sure how this guy is considered Management as I guess the $70-$75K I was going to spend with them is not an investment. More
Miserable sales experience. Their significant add-ons and low trade appraisals will have you paying a lot more for a car. They wanted $7000 more for the same car than other local dealers. Part 1-Let me start by saying sales department phenomenal once you have sign on the dotted lines that's it customer service goes out the window. I bought a dodge durango used. Two weeks after having the car once you have sign on the dotted lines that's it customer service goes out the window. I bought a dodge durango used. Two weeks after having the car the radio stop working and the engine light came on. I called the service department who instructed for me to bring the vehicle in to be seen. I ask the representative so i get a loaner because this is my only vehicle to go to work. She told me yes. Ok no problem. On my appointment date which was Friday I drop the truck off the service guy took the keys but i realize no said anything about my loaner. I ask so I get a loaner the service representative stated no we do not give loaner we can give you a rental and it will $35 a day. I was livid nevertheless I had to go to work so I had no choice. On Saturday evening while I was out doing errands the rental went up in smoke. I was terrified with 3 kids in the car and stranded. I called the dealership a lady by the name of Amanda Brock answered I informed her of what happen she stated well ma'am there's nothing I can do. I got really upset and ask for a manager the manager came on the line and stated I would have to get the car towed to the dealership I ask him how do you expect me to do that sir with 3 kids. He said easy just look up a towing company. I ask Sir who's going to pay for the tow truck he then placed me on hold. He came back on the line and assured me they will pay for it. Part2 my husband was able to go with the tow truck guys and the kids and I uber home. Monday we receive a call the truck is ready. Once I got there of course I requested a manager and voiced what happen over the weekend. They gently apologize. But didn't think to say we won't charge you for that day. So now I'm hit with the diagnosed of the truck. Which came up to $1173 roughly. What made matter worst I was being told it's not covered under warranty because it's just the sparks plug that need to be change out and that is considered maintenance. Here I am who just bought this truck less than a month ago is being told to come up with over a thousand dollars for simple sparks plug plus $35a day for the loaner.only for the light to come back on again. I was in tears. Once again I have no choice but to finance the amount because with this pandemic and 3 kids I can't afford it. Part3-Before I left I asked about my paper tag I was told I have to talk to finance. I have called finance 5 different times only to be told they are in a meeting. My number was taken twice and I was promised a returned phone call. No one called. At 830 am today I was placed on hold never to return. Well I decided I'll go to the tag office myself only to be pulled over by Gwinnett County police. Thank God he was understanding and allow me to short it out. This has turned to be the worst car buying experience ever. How could you guys treat your customer like this. No sympathy,no understanding,no compassion. And what happen to that warm customer service. More
Ripped me off. Asked for a particular service and wouldn’t perform it because they wanted to sell me some other garbage. Took my money for some xxxxxxxx diagnosis.
