Adam O'Donnell was so professional and knowledgable. When I told him what my needs were, he offered up several cars which suited my budget and worked hard on financing options to make it happen seamlessly an I told him what my needs were, he offered up several cars which suited my budget and worked hard on financing options to make it happen seamlessly and easily. I ended up with a great car, a definite step up from what I was considering and at an unbeatable price! Thanks Adam! More

I bought a new truck there back in 2018. Great deal and no problems. I went there February 2021 to by a new Acadia. I saw the car I wanted online and went to buy it. As I arrived I noticed every car had no problems. I went there February 2021 to by a new Acadia. I saw the car I wanted online and went to buy it. As I arrived I noticed every car had about $3400 worth of add ons. From the $2000 "security system", tinted windows, overpriced floor mats, etc. That was a shame they need to do that. Plus, ever car already has a destination charge right on the invoice. They decided they needed to add another $1395 for one. The online add said a $799 dealer prep was included in the sale price. Ofcourse they added that again on the sales piece of paper. When I questioned these dishonest practices the salesman said they had to make a profit. Please see for yourself and then go to a honest dealership. I went to Bellamy Strickland GMC in McDonough. I know there are others also around. The Rick Hendrick Chevrolet dealership down the street does the same thing. More
Experiences like the one I had at this GMC dealership are why the "Car salesman" stereotype keeps getting perpetuated. Stopped in one Friday afternoon to look at Canyons. Test drove a couple, and really li why the "Car salesman" stereotype keeps getting perpetuated. Stopped in one Friday afternoon to look at Canyons. Test drove a couple, and really liked the AT4 we drove. Went inside to start talking numbers, on a truck that had an MSRP of just over 41,000 + dealer addons and an "internet" price of 34,000. The first offer they laid down was over 43,000. What was shady, was the $1,895 destination charge that was below the vehicle MSRP(which already had destination of $1,195 included). Some 2,000 vehicle protection pkg that was bogus as well as a ridiculous $700 doc fee. We said that was not going to work, and it took 3 different people coming over before we were able to leave. The whole ordeal was unethical and I hate seeing the "shady car salesman" issues carrying on. Ended up buying from a different dealer and received top notch service and courtesy. My salesman "Ken" was nice. All the other folks were just not honest people. Andrew Ford was one the of the other folks that came by the desk. It was him and one of the other managers that were just shady. More

My wife and I were looking for a new Acadia and we decided to make the drive to Hendrick GMC in Duluth and after the experience we had, or lack their of, we left extremely disappointed. We chose this decided to make the drive to Hendrick GMC in Duluth and after the experience we had, or lack their of, we left extremely disappointed. We chose this dealer because of its inventory levels and also on the Hendrick Automotive reputation. We arrived on Saturday morning about 10am and we started looking at the inventory on the lot. The entire time my wife and I were walking the lot we were never approached by any sales rep or even greated by any employee that even happened to pass us by, and their were several who did. After about an hour of narrowing it down between two Acadias we liked we wanted to speak with a sales rep to see what deal they could make for us, and still, no one was around. So we decided to walk into the lobby to see if we could get some help and it did not get any better. The girl at the front desk never greated us, she looked up at us from cleaning the popcorn machine, and turned right back around to keep cleaning. The few sales reps we did see, about 4, were already with customers and no we did not have an appointment with anyone but with it being a Saturday we expected talking to a sales rep would never be a issue. So we hang out in the lobby for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us at all and it never happened. The sales managers were just sitting at their desks talking to each other, they saw us, never even stood up to greet us or help in any way, and just went back to talking amongst themselves after seeing us. At this point we had been their over 90 minutes and was never approached or greeted by any employee and we left because we were wasting our time. This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had. More
