MUST READ.. Would not recommend... Shady group who false advertises to get you in the door: I have been in contact with this dealership a few different times to discuss an AT4 truck. Yesterday, I went to t advertises to get you in the door: I have been in contact with this dealership a few different times to discuss an AT4 truck. Yesterday, I went to the dealership to test drive the truck and look at the numbers. The MSRP on the website was $57,455, but GMC is running a purchase allowance of $2,000 which brings the price down to $55,455. The salesman brings me the sheet to look at the numbers, and they had added around $5,500 worth of crap (Detailed Below) to the price which was not listed on the website. I was a little thrown off to see the price so much higher than the website. I asked the sales manager about it and he said that they are legally not allowed to list above the MSRP on the website and that these additional cost can not be listed. He then goes on to say well if you go to another dealership, you will pay Market Adjusted cost which we do not have. I said that is interesting about website price, because other dealerships list the Market Adjusted Price which is above the MSRP, but y'all legally can't. I then go onto the website and see another truck listed on Rick Hendrick Duluth's website that is listed well above the MSRP because they added a lift kit. I asked if I could order a truck for the MSRP and not add all of the additional charges as I did not need any of what they added, and was told no, it is required for ordering a truck. From the sales manager himself, these are ADDITIONAL CHARGES they add to all truck sales (EVEN IF ORDERED): Smart Car Technology - $1,995 - When I asked about this, the sales manager said that this was a tracker in the car in case it gets stolen. I said I don't care to have that, the car has OnStar which tracks the vehicle. He then says, well this helps you track it faster... I said, I don't care, I don't want it. He then says well we can't take it out. I said okay, what if I just ordered a new truck, can I take it out then? He said no, we have a partnership with a company and the tracker has to go in every vehicle. So if you are looking for a car, go ahead and add 2K to the website Price. Accessories - $1,675 - I was told this was for window tints, floor mats, and wheel locks. The window sticker literally says "PREMIUM FLOOR LINERS" are included. Pretty sure window tint is included on AT4, but if not, lets say that is $300. Wheel locks on the website go for $80. There is an upcharge of at least $1,300 right there. I then asked if I could take the floor mats out and get what comes with it or just order a new truck and not have these accessories, and he said no, it is required even if you get a new truck. Paint Protection Film - $1,995 - Pretty sure this is just more crap. But I was told this is required as well if you want to order a truck from them. They also offered 4K below Kelly Blue Book fair trade-in value. They will try to act like they are doing you a favor by giving you a tax savings with a trade-in when that is a law. They try to use the tax savings like they are paying you more for your trade-in than they really are. Poor experience as they just sat there and lied to me the entire time. I wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to act like they aren't adding the market adjustment for marketing purposes, but are hiding it with these additional charges. I have never heard of ordering a new truck, and then being required to pay for $5,500 additional cost for unwanted add-ons. Seems like their partnerships are requiring them to charge their customers for add-ons they don't even want. To end on a positive note, the first salesman was a nice guy and the test drive went well. I have had the misfortune of bringing my 2021 GMC Sierra in for service twice. I show up early or on time for each appointment. The first appointment they didn’t fix a navigation issue I reported, didn’t re in for service twice. I show up early or on time for each appointment. The first appointment they didn’t fix a navigation issue I reported, didn’t reset the oil service monitor and kept me waiting 3.5 hours for an oil change., this time I asked how long for the oil change and was told a maximum of 1.5 hours. It’s now been two hours. If you have nothing better to do than hang out in a service waiting room I would not recommend this dealership. Truly sorry for purchasing this vehicle due to sorry service. More

Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this dealer at all cost! Went and tried to purchase a very slightly used Sierra yesterday. As I was waiting for the salesman to get a gas card to fill up, I happened to look at the original sticker in the glove box. $68,000 was original list price. When I sat down with the numbers guy, they wanted $78,000 plus all kinds of crazy fees. I went to another dealer and got a brand new truck with every option you can imagine for $68,000. Plus, they gave me $5000 more for my trade in. I saved over $18,000 by not buying from Rick Hendrick GMC, plus got a way nicer truck! More
Do NOT recommend buying and vehicle from this dealership. Spoke to a salesman named Ken and texted info back and forth. Was told by him we could make my deal I proposed happen! His Sales Manager would have everything ready and Truck was ready out front! I arrived with the truck in the car wash and no said deal written up and mysteriously the salesman’s sales manager he supposedly talked to was not there! I was lied to and drove a hour and a half to just leave in 15 minutes of arriving! Lied to and mislead to try to buy something cheaper! Even had texts to prove deal that was made! Very unprofessional and shady! Don’t waste your time! Today 9/18/21 More

Just tried to buy a new truck 2500 HD using the "from home" feature (Online) looked at available inventory, went through selection process, picked out one I liked, followed the easy to use site. Credit got pinged, as expected, and got a confirmation with order number that said I would be contacted to complete down payment and delivery instructions. FROM HERE ON OUT BEWARE. Apparently RHBGMC sold a truck online that was not available, A very nice young man contacted me. He was great, however the bait and switch by the dealership no mater what the reason is a trust issue that is almost impossible to overcome. So everyone BEWARE when buying online with Rich Hendrick, they may not have what you are buying and your credit may be needlessly pinged. I gave the young man Five stars because he really was great in a very tough situation. We'll see how much character the dealership has now. The young man has plenty. They need to keep him. More
