The manager MOD had me to come out to the Duluth Rick Hendricks location, he told me they had a marine colored 2022 GMC Terrain suv starting at 31000 with more discount added once we come to test drive Hendricks location, he told me they had a marine colored 2022 GMC Terrain suv starting at 31000 with more discount added once we come to test drive because he needed this particular vehicle off the lot before the end of August ..Got there,first they said vehicle wasnt there but would be delivered next week(whatt??)..then said the 1 on the lot that was there was 37,400 but he would honor the 31000 he stated at first,he stated this in front of the saleman so I test drove & applied for the vehicle but when the numbers cane back they were Jacked up..still started at 37000 with 2500 discount and that was it,Mod tried to tell me my imtrest rate was double than it was & that the note would be 717.00 monthly,I stated that was outrageous & that i had jus been approved from another dealership for a interest rate of 6.3 2 days ago so i knew it wasn't accurate, I asked for the print out from the bank multiple times, he said he would get it ,he went to the back instead of the finance paper he brought out another person Ryan-who was very rude with his delivery to say thats what it is & basically if you dont want the deal then leave,never brought the proof of the intrest rate that was told & never change the starting price..Just decietful,dishonest,wasted my time,lied flat out,This guy should be fired & Rick Hendricks should honor thier word on the asking price & give us gas money & a letter of apologies for the inconvenience! So very disappointed from a so called reputable business! More
