Christian was very helpful in our experience of purchasing a used car from the dealership. He went above and beyond in making sure that everything on the car was working right and was clean and rea purchasing a used car from the dealership. He was also extremely patient with us as we had a few delays on our end in the purchasing process. The service department practice is shady. I had a $57 service charge on my invoice I didn't discover until I left the dealership. I asked them to check the alignment on my car and let me know before they do they work. They compared it to a Fiat 500's specs, and came up with a "failed" alignment and recommended the work. When I asked for explanation, I got some xxxxxxxx brush off because I am a woman. I had a mechanic friend explained to me later, and it appeared the work recommended was unnecessary. I wrote to the service representative, and escalated it to the manager, and my email is ignored. This is very unprofessional and slimy. More

Purchased my first BMW from Hendrick BMW this week and it was one of the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away I was treated with r was one of the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away I was treated with respect, the negotiations were fair for both parties and the staff is just wonderful. I received the runaround over the phone so I went to the dealership and the people in the Service Department could not have been better. They had the required parts and my new (1,000 miles) BMW X5 was repa dealership and the people in the Service Department could not have been better.
