Christian was very helpful in our experience of purchasing a used car from the dealership. The service department practice is shady. I had a $57 service charge on my invoice I didn't discover until I left the dealership. When I asked for explanation, I got some xxxxxxxx brush off because I am a woman. I had a mechanic friend explained to me later, and it appeared the work recommended was unnecessary. I wrote to the service representative, and escalated it to the manager, and my email is ignored. This is very unprofessional and slimy. More
