Rick Case Volkswagen - Service Center

Disappointed with this weeks interaction with Rick Case. I called to make an appt. Was told my issue was covered under the warranty. I spent another $20 to retrieve my dead car battery. I took time off of wo I called to make an appt. Was told my issue was covered under the warranty. I spent another $20 to retrieve my dead car battery. I took time off of work, went to dealership to hear my issue is not covered because my warranty expired 4-9-19. Today is 5-16-19. Nobody said my warrant expired when I made the appointment. In fact they said I was covered. I bought the car at Rick Case, but I think Gunther rates better for customer service The rep walked me to my car, but the keys were still at his desk. I had to go ask for my keys. More

30k service First, I was very pleased of to be able to obtain an appointment on Saturday morning after calling only the day before. The scheduler was very friendly and managed to squeeze me in the time slot I wanted. On the day of the service (3/02/19), I was received very courteously and the agent who took me in charge was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as well. I remembered his name (Jose), because he also had an exemplary behavior the last time I came in for a battery replacement issue. He was very respectful of my time and kept me appraised of all the steps of the process. I was really surprised to be done much earlier than I expected.
