Bad Service Supervision I just hope that this is read by somebody who cares at the Rick Case organization. This is the third time. I am experiencing a careless car service fr I just hope that this is read by somebody who cares at the Rick Case organization. This is the third time. I am experiencing a careless car service from one of your dealers branches. My wife has taken my VW Tiguan 2017 to its oil & filter plus tire rotation per maintenance protection plan by 06/21/19. They returned the car to her. Your service invoice said the you had rotated our car tires. My wife realized you did not rotate the tires of the car. How did she realize about it ? We had rear passenger tire flat on 05/07/19 .And The provider which fixed it had made some yellow marks on it. Well !!! That tired remained on its position when we got our car from your rotation service. My wife had to go back to the service department. Explain to the service advisor the situation who was very friendly and diligent all time. And wait for a manager who finally ordered the missing tire rotation. Whats the point here ? What if she did not realize it at this time ? It is too bad one has to go thru your VW or Hyundai service departments doubting about the completion of your tasks. More

Issues that should have been taken care of no charge they wanted $300 for maybe fix. There are nice people there I’m sure but the men in service are complete misogynistic jerks especially Walter. I refuse to buy another vehicle come October from Rick Case given how terrible they have been towards me and my expanding family. More
WORST experience at any dealership ever On Saturday, June 8th we dropped of our VW Jetta at Rick Case VW in Weston to be serviced. They told us it would cost $16,000 to replace the engine t On Saturday, June 8th we dropped of our VW Jetta at Rick Case VW in Weston to be serviced. They told us it would cost $16,000 to replace the engine that he claims is "falling apart". After telling him we wouldn't pay that much to repair the car, he asked if he can have a sales man to return our call to go over our options, that if we leased a car with them they can make what we owe on our car "go away". All this sales guy did was talk about leasing a car with them, and after we told him we were not interested in leasing a car, and that we just wanted to pay for the diagnostic and leave, that's when things really started to get out of control. He told us that because their service department is closed now, they can not give us our car back until Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and met Lawrence Fossati. The most unprofessional and ignorant manager I have ever met, reiterated there was nothing he can do, that they can not give us our car back until Monday. I told him I would call the police if he did not give us our invoice, he said "go ahead, but if you do, you can step outside". So, I called my dad, who called the non-emergency police number to meet us at the dealership. Only then were they (all of a sudden) able to print out our invoice and walked us over to the cashier to pay our bill. Never, I mean NEVER in my life have I ever had such a horrible experience at a dealership. They have lost our business, my parents business, as well as my sisters business forever. Upper management needs to be aware of how unprofessional these people are, especially Lawrence Fossati, the supposed General Manager, was the worst of everyone we dealt with today. He even went as far to tell my dad, "I don't know what happened when they were discussing purchasing a car from us, but maybe they are upset about that" when he knows very well we didn't want to purchase a car from them, we just wanted our invoice so we can pay it and leave. He is xxxx, a liar, and if this is Rick Case's idea of what their manager's should be like, I suggest that no one ever purchase or service their car at any Rick Case Dealerships. There are plenty of other options out there who would never do anything like this to their customers. More
Disappointed with this weeks interaction with Rick Case. I called to make an appt. Was told my issue was covered under the warranty. I spent another $20 to retrieve my dead car battery. I took time off of work, went to dealership to hear my issue is not covered because my warranty expired 4-9-19. Today is 5-16-19. Nobody said my warrant expired when I made the appointment. In fact they said I was covered. I bought the car at Rick Case, but I think Gunther rates better for customer service The rep walked me to my car, but the keys were still at his desk. I had to go ask for my keys. More
