If If I could give ZERO I would. I leased a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan from Rick Case in Weston. Sales people were nice but that's it! I've had my BRAND new vehicle in the shop more times than I can even count. Driver seat completely replaced. Side mirrors on both sides not working needed replacement. Back seat hardware loose & faulty needing to be fixed. Horrible blind spots Transmission extremely "jerky" & a very uncomfortable drive. Not smooth at all. Cargo space poorly designed. Cup holders too close to center console- good luck pulling out a cup to drink. Most aggravating: Navigation system DOES NOT WORK! According to Apple articles online it is unsafe, dangerous & unusable. I promise I never like writing a bad review or complaining but since nobody seems to help with this problem the least I can do is warn others to AVOID this vehicle & possibly others to spare you the daily headache & aggravation. Corporate evaluating for a buy back but it takes long and I’m stuck dealing with it. My phone GPS works FINE in my husbands car and all other places!!!! Albert L at Rick case with attitude states my car is fine and he's done everything he can. I connected him to corporate and at least she was kind and going to look into the buy back! Horrible daily drive & I rely on Navigation for work. I’ve been so patient & kind but this has been exhausting dealing with a LEMON for a vehicle More

The most unprofessional dealership i’ve ever done business with. They failed to send the pay off for my trade in car and when I attempted to get in contact with someone to fix it, they started hangin business with. They failed to send the pay off for my trade in car and when I attempted to get in contact with someone to fix it, they started hanging up on me ! One guy actually told me to screw off. I attempted to make contact with his manager and I was told repeatedly I’d get a phone call. They never called me to this day and i’m out 700 dollars due to their incompetent mistake. Way to go VW. All good until the end, delivery process and dirty car was not meeting any quality at all. Next day I have to take the car to car wash since was glue in the front and back, engine dirt all over. Absolute joke of a dealership. We inquired about a specific ID4 5 days ago and were told it would be in over the weekend. Juan called 4 days ago to try and get a deposit which we were not opposed to as long as we could get a buyer's order to see fees breakdown. He agreed and said he would get back to us. Yesterday, the internet rep Jahmeka, says the car is there. Again I ask for a buyer's order so I can put a deposit down in good faith. She says she will get back to me. Today, I have to call her back and am told the car is pending sale as of this morning. This dealership is a waste of time and clearly has something to hide when it comes to its fee structure, else a piece of paper every other dealer provides wouldn't have been a problem. More
My current lease was ending and I was inundated with phone calls from the dealership promising great deals on a trade and new lease. All I got was a runaround and a waste of my time. Unfortunately with VW you have to go to a dealership to buyout your lease. Rick Case VW does not tell you they are adding additional cost of over $300 for oil changes to the fees when writing up the end of lease deal. I understand they don't make money on lease buyouts but they should be upfront with these charges, to me it seems deceptive. More
