The most unprofessional dealership i’ve ever done business with. They failed to send the pay off for my trade in car and when I attempted to get in contact with someone to fix it, they started hangin business with. They failed to send the pay off for my trade in car and when I attempted to get in contact with someone to fix it, they started hanging up on me ! One guy actually told me to screw off. I attempted to make contact with his manager and I was told repeatedly I’d get a phone call. They never called me to this day and i’m out 700 dollars due to their incompetent mistake. Way to go VW. All good until the end, delivery process and dirty car was not meeting any quality at all. Next day I have to take the car to car wash since was glue in the front and back, engine dirt all over. Absolute joke of a dealership. We inquired about a specific ID4 5 days ago and were told it would be in over the weekend. Juan called 4 days ago to try and get a deposit which we were not opposed to as long as we could get a buyer's order to see fees breakdown. He agreed and said he would get back to us. Yesterday, the internet rep Jahmeka, says the car is there. Again I ask for a buyer's order so I can put a deposit down in good faith. She says she will get back to me. Today, I have to call her back and am told the car is pending sale as of this morning. This dealership is a waste of time and clearly has something to hide when it comes to its fee structure, else a piece of paper every other dealer provides wouldn't have been a problem. More
My current lease was ending and I was inundated with phone calls from the dealership promising great deals on a trade and new lease. All I got was a runaround and a waste of my time. Unfortunately with VW you have to go to a dealership to buyout your lease. Rick Case VW does not tell you they are adding additional cost of over $300 for oil changes to the fees when writing up the end of lease deal. I understand they don't make money on lease buyouts but they should be upfront with these charges, to me it seems deceptive. More
Originally took in my 2017 Jetta for an 80,000 Mile service. As usual we received exceptional service from our service advisor, Hugo Alvarez, and all of the employees at the dealership. I purchased 2 cars from Rick Case, in both cases Ivan was the Finance Manager. As I was new to the country then there were many things I was not sure how they worked; Ivan took the time to not only recommend the Finance Manager. As I was new to the country then there were many things I was not sure how they worked; Ivan took the time to not only recommend worthy options but also explain why so I didn't feel it was a sales trick. I'm so satisfied that, even when he changed his job within the dealer, he keeps returning my calls with questions regarding financing options. Car dealership world is not perfect for customers more than not and it's refreshing to find people like Ivan who is willing to assist you to his best. More
You will be tricked and feel awful! Bought a brand-new Atlas. On VW’s website my model has power liftgate. On my car’s window sticker, the car has power liftgate. The salesperson showed a car with the power liftgate. I get home and discover that the car has no power liftgate. Salesperson and Sales manager disappear! Then the GM of the dealer tells me that VW is not making the cars with this feature due to the complicated times we are facing…I’m left with no options…again, none of the sales team gave us a heads-up on this issue neither no one reached out to apologize for this mistake.
