Best ever I've been through five scheduled services for my car. This was the best experience I've had at Rick Case, due to the knowledge and attentiveness of se I've been through five scheduled services for my car. He looked up my history and service contract, gave me the correct maintenance schedule and pricing, and quickly followed up on my request for additional work (wiper replacement).
