I bought an Atlas certified (after some "pressure" from sales guys) and I regret the secondnot choose a Ford explorer. Car has dents and need minors touch up, promised to be fixed and so far nothing. BUYER BEWARE!!!! USED CARE FRAUD!!! Found a beautiful Jetta online listed at $13,499. I had my parents visit the dealership for me since I lived in Tennessee. I planned on flying down a couple days later to pick it up. They met with Dain, he was really nice.. AT FIRST. I am a cash buyer, not only would they not budge on the price of the car, THEY TACKED ON A 2K CHARGE FOR ITEMS THAT WEREN'T EVEN DONE TO THE CAR!!! Nitrogen in the tires? That's $30. A wax on the car? etc. The car came out to $16,800!!!!!!! At that point, when Dain could see my parents weren't happy about that extra charge, he became nasty.. I was on the phone and could hear everything going on. I told my parents to walk, and they did. It's been 5 days and they've called me 10 times. Different people - Conner, Ken, Dain, etc. They won't leave me alone. I would highly advise to stay far away from this dealership. I've started blocking any number that has a "954" area code because it's beginning to be ridiculous. More

Disappointing My son purchase a used car from Rick Case Volkswagen and when he drove it home, I inspected it and noticed a cut on the sidewall of the tire. I told him to bring it back in hopes they would make good and replace a $100 tire, after he spent over $14,000. But instead they sent him home believing it was his fault and not theirs. Shame on you! You care more about the sale than the well being and safety of your customers. Over a $100 tire! I will continue to go on every review site for Rick Case and let people know about this. If I can get one person NOT to buy from this dealership, I've done my job. I hope it was worth the $100 to you Rick Case! More

Buying a car has always been a daunting task for me and everyone I know! My current circumstances have me in a position with not-so-good credit. I am new to the Weston area and really had no idea where to start to look for a vehicle. I took a chance on Rick Case, I figured with all the dealerships under that name, they must be doing something right. From the pleasant and helpful girl who greeted me upon entering to the final step in the finance office, the experience was hands-down the best it could be. My salesman, Farooq was very informative and helped me understand what my buying/leasing options would be. It was most important to him to get me into a car that was right for ME, and not what car was best for the dealership to sell! I was unsure that I would even qualify for financing, several different options were given to me and the Rick Case VW team found a way to make it happen. I’m relieved, grateful and absolutely love my new Jetta. It’s my first Volkswagen and won’t be my last. It has every feature I wanted, a safe, reliable vehicle with a warranty and it doesn’t hurt that it’s great looking ;). I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a car!
