It’s difficult to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. I had to call through the sales department to be able to make an appointment. The “multi point” wasnt given to me. No video, no form to show my battery level how many seconds per rotation I left on my tires. Or when I should do a engine maintenance such as, fluid flush, carbon dioxide clean, manifold clean, etc. I’m missing a screw for my undercarriage cover. When I went for a service, my fluids were not replenished. My coolant levels were SUPER low. I want to continue using Rick Case but they have to do better and show some more customers service and provide the work. I want to be able to come back and to continue using your services. More
