It’s difficult to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. I had to call through the sales department to be able to make an appointment. The “multi point” wasnt given to me. Or when I should do a engine maintenance such as, fluid flush, carbon dioxide clean, manifold clean, etc. I’m missing a screw for my undercarriage cover. When I went for a service, my fluids were not replenished. My coolant levels were SUPER low. I want to continue using Rick Case but they have to do better and show some more customers service and provide the work. I want to be able to come back and to continue using your services. More
