I recently purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla and I am extremly happy with the car and the sales agent, Grey Fenn. He was friendly, without being overbearing, and didn't try to sell me the car but guided extremly happy with the car and the sales agent, Grey Fenn. The customer service was excellent! I started looking for a used car online and received a call from one of the internet sales person, Ed Borg. I was referred to Marvin Harvey from Ed and he is excellent! He was quick to show what I am interested in, a big smile on his face, and very personable. I felt very comfortable with him and the experience working with Marvin has exceeded my expectations. We went for a test drive and he was able to answer all of my questions about the car. Later, when I came to the point of purchasing the car, the paperwork usually involves some process and wait time for it to be completed. He made my waiting experience a pleasant one! Overall, this has been the best car shopping experience I've had. More

I bought my first new car from Rick Case 11 years ago. I still drive the car and Rick Case still does the maintenance. Jeff Bradberry was my mechanic but he moved up to the office. Every thing was ok. I think they should 've discounted the car a little, but overall it was painless. As far as customer service goes, these guys are top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience - well that is unless they would have bought me dinner as well. I found the car we bought on the website, and corresponded with Grey Fenn, who was extremely helpful. We ended up putting a deposit on the car and went a couple days later to pick it up.
