My family felt we were dealing with people who cared for what we wanted and not for pushing a car on us. It was a pleasure working with Marvin and Roger. They never worked against us. We purchased a 2011 CX-9 based on Costco pricing. There was no haggling involved. Marvin and Roger delivered more than what they said they could at a most reasonable price. We had some specialized demands and were indecisive on vehicle color. Roger, with a lot of looking, was able to find a vehicle that met our demands and initial color. Although we decided on another color with the same unique demands, Roger and Marvin did not express any impatience or annoyance. They stated that they wanted my family to be satisfied. I truly felt that Roger and Marvin would have rather had an unsold vehicle than force a sale to an unsatisfied or unsure customer. Marvin, again with a lot of effort, found a car in the color and condition that we requested. However, we were still hesitant and could not commit to a purchase. Again, Roger and Marvin gave us room to think about the purchase. They never approached us or pressured us during our time of hesitation by prattling on and on about the attributes of the vehicle. Several times, we walked in to talk to Marvin and/or Roger without appointments. Other times, we would make an appointment, break it, and then wind up showing up anyway. Roger and Marvin worked with our schedule anomalies and never expressed any frustration. Although we were at fault, Marvin and Roger always apologized for making us wait while they were with other customers. Also, I highly commend Salesman James Wong who took me on my first test drive of a CX-9. I told James I wanted to test drive the CX-9 but my wife, who was not with me, would be the ultimate decision maker. On the test drive, James asked me what other vehicles I was considering. While told James what else I was considering, he at no time disparaged these other vehicles. That proved to me that James is a high class individual. James did not try to sell me a car that day. He introduced me to his Sales Manager Roger Beckley. Roger and I talked about car buying in general in this internet era where invoice pricing is readily available. Roger did not try to sell me a car either. He invited me to bring my wife and family for a test drive any time. We feel great about purchasing a vehicle from our new friends at Rick Case. It was pouring rain when we were picking up our vehicle to take home. While my family was inside the dealership, I stepped outside to perform a religious ritual meant for seeking the safe operation of our new vehicle. I was really touched when a salesman, with whom I had not interacted with directly, came out to hold an umbrella over my head. Rick Case Mazda cares for its customers. I believe this is a culture fostered by the dealership management and salespeople. More
Going into my first car-buying experience, I was a bit nervous about it. I had never personally dealt with a dealer, and being 23 right out of college, I was afraid the dealer would see me as an easy tar nervous about it. Marty, however, made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and was able to accommodate many of my needs that some would have seen as difficult or bothersome. Grey was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a little problem with something I had ordered, but Grey fixed it with no problems. I would definitely purchase another car from him. I recently purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla and I am extremly happy with the car and the sales agent, Grey Fenn. He was friendly, without being overbearing, and didn't try to sell me the car but guided extremly happy with the car and the sales agent, Grey Fenn. The customer service was excellent! I started looking for a used car online and received a call from one of the internet sales person, Ed Borg. I was referred to Marvin Harvey from Ed and he is excellent! He was quick to show what I am interested in, a big smile on his face, and very personable. I felt very comfortable with him and the experience working with Marvin has exceeded my expectations. We went for a test drive and he was able to answer all of my questions about the car. Later, when I came to the point of purchasing the car, the paperwork usually involves some process and wait time for it to be completed. He made my waiting experience a pleasant one! Overall, this has been the best car shopping experience I've had. More
