I have done business with Rick Case Mazda before, and every time that I come to do business or even get service, I have always been treated with the up most respect. I have been amazed with the customer service that was given to my wife and I from our sales consultant (Davis May)who help us with the process of the 2011 Mazda6 GT and also taking the time to make sure that my new vehicle was delivered in a timely manner to the two sales Manager( Anthony). They were able to help get us what we want and made our purchase experience stress free. And not to mention our finance manager,(Randall Milner) for working extra hard after we left with our new vehicle to find us a more better price on our loan. Thank you for all the hard work and great customer service that everyone has showed to my wife and I as we will continue to enjoy our new vehicle. More
I'm a very happy and satisfied customer. Grey was an excellent sales person. Worked with me until the end to get what I wanted. I’ve never had the pressure of most sales people. My service was great! Everyone was very thorough from beginning to end. My only complaint was that when I got there, it was told to me that I was never entered into the system there at Mazda. As Greg got my info, he realized that I had a recall on my Mazda, something that I should have known about by Mazda way before I actually found out. There needs to be a way to notify customers of something as important as a recall. More
I went there primarily to purchase a pre-owned Hyundai. Because the Hyundai GM would not meet my price on my trade, I told Ken I previously owned a Mazda CX-7 and regretted trading it. He immediately contacted Joel Thomas, told him of my trade and a great deal was worked out. Because Ken had a previous appointment, David Butler stepped in and finished getting the paperwork together. Joel Thomas, GM, was fantastic! Because I had Bluetooth in my previous Mazda, and this one doesn't have it, he will be installing it for free! The deal he worked relieved so much car buying stress. Roger sent his best finance guy (Cleo) to finish the process. As long as all of the gentlemen are working at Rick Case, then I'll go back. Although it won't be for a very long time! Job well done. We bought a 2011 CX-7 from the dealership.Robert has been a great help throughout our test driving, purshasing and delivery, the best thing about him is that he is not pushy but very patient! We had roof rack and back up sensors installed at the dealership, and did encounter some small issues during the installation, but Robert, Roger and Pete did their best to get the issues resolved. We are so impressed with their service and with our new car, we have already recommended the dealership and Mazda to all our relatives and friends. More
What a great experience! Our contact, Marvin Harvey, was extremely helpful. We met with him 3 separate times over a week and never felt pressured to buy. Rick Case Mazda sales people were very friendly and no pressure to buy . They are so concerned about you buying the perfect car for your needs. The next day they ordered a Grand touring at our request from another dealership and had it driven up from FL the next afternoon. They spent another 2 hours with us and Marvin went over everything on our new CX-9 Grand Touring. More
I was very excited about buying my 2011 mazda 3, and look forward to future car purchases with mazda. But over all the experience has been great considering it was my first car :) I got a really good deal too :) I hope to continue to stay with mazda if i ever decide to get another vehicle in the future. Our family owns a Mazda Miata and a Honda Civic. At the Honda dealership, the service advisor is always trying to up sell me with items such as "We'd like to replace all your engine hoses today at a cost o Honda dealership, the service advisor is always trying to up sell me with items such as "We'd like to replace all your engine hoses today at a cost of $550." Many times it is expensive items I feel that I don't need. When you ask technical questions, most service advisors can't answer questions. And yet they are suppose to advise? Not so at Rick Case, particularly after Jeff Bradberry was promoted to Manager of Service. Jeff gets involved with making sure your concerns are taken care of quickly, correctly, and usually at a cost less than you were expecting. Jeff spent 20 years as a mechanic and very capable of explaining (and showing you) what needs to be done, how it is done, and an honest assessment of the time frame involved so your budget and your safety are respected. I wish the Honda Dealership had a Jeff Bradberry. More
