I leased a Mazda3 ISport for my son. Grey Fenn was the salesperson. What I liked about Mr. Fenn was: (1) he was very knowledgeable about the car, and Mazda brand, and could articulate the features in det salesperson. What I liked about Mr. Fenn was: (1) he was very knowledgeable about the car, and Mazda brand, and could articulate the features in detail, but didn't oversell it (2) not a high pressure salesperson, and let us take adequate time to make decision and feel comfortable (3) very friendly, sincere and professionally, but gave you your space, and was not in your face trying to close the sale I will refer my friends and family More

I have been to this dealer three times for service. The first time I worked with Michael and he was very helpful and nice and explained things. Overall that experience was a great one. I spent nearly 2 grand on car repairs in that trip but felt he was trustworthy and felt that they did a good job. The second time I went I dealt with Michael again. He was once again friendly, but the estimate that they gave me for the work required was outrageous. They quoted 6 hours of labor for a job that took to amateur mechanics 45 minutes to fix. This made me skeptical of the estimate the cost of the service that I had received the first time, but over I understand they have bottom lines that they have to meet. The third time I dealt with Kent. This was an awful experience and made me very disappointed and also made me question their expertise. At this point my old Mazda was dead - the transmission went out. The quote for repair was nearly $4,000. Kent explained to me the reasoning for why the transmission was dead and I decided not to fix it. I paid the $100 and picked up my car to drive it to the junk yard. On the way to the junk yard we stopped at Walmart to swap some tires off my car to a different car (i had just bought new tires and didn't want to waste them and my friends car takes the same size). Anyway, the guy at Wal-Mart thought he might want to buy the car ( I have no idea why, I told him the transmission was dead). But he was looking it and as he was looking at noticed some things that indicated that what Kent told me was incorrect. After a very angry phone call, it was discovered that Kent told the completely incorrect reason for why my car was really dead. There was no gasket blown, no transmission leak. He had to go back and forth with the service tech a few times before I got an answer. That being said, this made me feel unconfident about the diagnosis. And also about the work that I had done before that. I do not make a lot of money - so getting a car fixed at 4K or paying a new car was a large decision and one that I could not make based on a recommendation and explanation that I felt uncomfortable with, so I wen to another place to get another check on the car. At the end of the day the transmission was still dead - but at least I had an answer I could feel comfortable with. Once this whole process was complete I called Mark - who was listed on the back of my bill as the person to call if you felt unsatisfied with your experience. I spoke with him and his only excuse for the experience was that Kent was new and that what happened to my car was very common for 1999 626 models but he hadn't been told about it yet. He also offered to give me $75 back of the $100 that I paid for the diagnostics since I felt I had to go somewhere else. He said it would be at my house in check form in two weeks - it has been almost a month and I have yet to see it. I had an equally terrible experience with their sales staff. He would not tell me the price of the car until after I test drove it and tried to push me into buying something was over my price range. Also they tried to force me into dealer financing which would have been a huge mistake. I do not recommend Rick Case Mazda for any purpose. More

I came into rick case mazda looking to purchase a used vehicle. I was greeted by Grey who immediately started asking my questions trying to pinpoint down a good vehicle match for me. After looking at and driving a few mazdas, I came to the conclusion that a mazda may not be for me. I asked if it was possible to look at cars on the other rick case lots, to which he asked what car I wanted to look at. About 15 minutes later, he pulled up in a beautiful audi a6, which I immediately fell in love with. It didn't take long to seal the deal, and a few hours later I drove away in my new car. Grey was great, as was the staff at rick case mazda and audi. More

He made me feel completely at ease and the process was very understandable. Gerard is the most knowledgable salesperson I've ever met about the automobiles I was interested in. I bought my 1st Mazda in 2005 and learned more about Mazda in an hour than I knew by owning one for all these years. I will definately send anyone I know to Gerard at Rick Case Mazda. Also, Mike in the service department is great he got me in touch with Gerard when I was having some service issues and helped me to decide whether it was time for me to get a new car or not. More
Our experience with Rick Case Mazda was outstanding. Working with Grey was a pleasurable experience and we felt like he had our best interest in mind. Initially, we tried looking for a used car and looked at a few options then decided to come back in a few days. He didn't try to push us into anything and even during the few days we took to look at other places didn't constantly call us and "make the sale." In addition, during our discussion of the price of the vehicle he didn't feel like our enemy. He felt more like an advocate and helped fight for the price that we wanted. The only "bad" part of our experience was being told that there was a 15 minute check over the car to make sure everything was working right and having to wait for a little over an hour. It was frustrating, and it seemed to be more of the service departments fault than the sales consultant. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend Rick Case Mazda and say go see Marvin Harvey if you want a good car buying experience. More
