I definitely wanted specific attributes with my future car and Brett did everything in his power to make sure I found what I was looking for. We drove a long way to this dealership and we do not regret it. My fiancé was very impressed with Brett and we all know how hard it is to find great customer service, yet Brett delivered. Brett was all around great from making sure we were ok with beverages, to finding a balloon and bubbles for our 1 yr old son, to even offering us pizza because we were there for most of the day. But again, most importantly he was patient with me. I wanted a lot; from a spoiler, a sunroof, a certain color and of course a certain price. Brett has contacted me to be sure that I was ok with my new purchase and provided me with an email address, a business phone number and even his cell number to call him if I have any questions. Thanks Brett! We will be back with friends. More
Bought a 2008 Mazda Tribute for my daughter. Joe Perez was my sales person and he was informative and patient. He was very knowledgable about all the cars we looked at and/or test drove. He was very straight forward and efficient during the purchase process. Financing was a breeze. A slight issue developed when I noticed the parking brake light remained illuminated during the test drive. During the service process it was discovered the CV axles needed replacing. While I thought that ought to have been detected during the 150 point inspection, I was told it would not have been readily apparent. As described...I willing to accept that. There were parts issues which delayed delivery of the car by a couple of days. Joe (salesman) delivered the car to my house (quite a drive). That's customer service. I discovered another minor issue with the car after having it for a few days...emailed Joe, who talked with a service advisor who promptly called me to discuss. All in all...I'd recommend the dealer and would recommend talking with Joe Perez for the sale. More

After months and months of talking about the CX-5 I finally went in w/ my wife to take a look at it. We needed the extra space since we're starting a family and she's coming from a 2 door coupe. So we went in on a Sunday and spoke with Marvin Harvey. Not sure if it was his turn to sit closest to the door. But he won us over w/ his patience and great attitude. He talked to us about being prepared before you come into the dealership. This makes you not only a great buyer but a smart buyer. How many salesman will tell you that? Who cares if we didn't buy a car from him. I would have sent anyone to him. Just b/c he's a good guy. He took his time and showed us the Grand Touring edition of the vehicle. And with our budget we deciding that the Touring would be enough for us. So later on that week my wife went back in, by herself w/ our pre-approval, me just a text msg away,and she worked to get the deal done. So after going back and forth with the APR from our credit union and the dealer offered financing, we finally heard our finance officer from the credit union say “oh that's a great deal we can't beat that. You should take it.” So we did. And we've never been happier. Even more so the staff at Rick Case was SO PATIENT! She didn't plan on being there that long but it worked in our favor. After having the vehicle for about 2 weeks we caught a nail in the tire. Seeing as though we were right by the dealership we took our chances of pulling in and seeing if they could fix it AFTER the service department was closed. Well guess who helped us this time? The GENERAL MANAGER! He came out, greeted us, asked how he could help, whisked the car around the back and plugged the tire. Needless to say their saying of “friends for life” is spot on. I have had the best car buying experience with Rick Case Mazda. I found the car I wanted and they worked with me to get it. I was treated so well I almost felt pampered. I did not have an appointment and Mark was able to have my car serviced, including a oil change. The issue was resolved by the end of the day. The sales staff at RIck Case were very professional and efficient. Brett and Joe spent a lot of time showing me details of the vehicle and doing several test drives with me. Another reason I like Rick Case is that they provide a much longer power train warranty(10 years), a three day trial period, and a points program for service and parts. We purchased a new CX9 from Rick Case. Raymond Lewis was our sales associate. Raymond is fantastic to work with.
