Rick Case Mazda did an AMAZING job of putting me in the perfect car, at the best price I have seen. Bryan and Adrian were very helpful in explaining the features of the car they were selling, and for putti perfect car, at the best price I have seen. In the past, we've encountered pushy sales people and abusive financing and management teams. The sales, finance, and management team at Rick Case Mazda was professional and courteous. Seth answered the many (and I mean MANY) questions we had, was patient when our six year old daughter was getting bored and kept interrupting us while he was working with us. I would recommend Seth and Rick Case to anybody who has an interest in Mazda products. More

If you are looking to buy a new or used car stay away from RICK CASE car lots they have the worst customer service. Still waiting on the tag they promised would be in the mail. Everyone was very pleasant to work with at the dealership. The process took longer than I had hoped (there was a LOT of waiting, over a period of two days), but I am pleased with the overall resul dealership.
