Service department is not very responsive to messages. It takes many constant calls to even get somebody to call back. Once the appointment is scheduled, the quality of service is good. Not sure if there is a staffing issue, but I've had somebody tell me twice that the person I wanted to speak to in service department is busy and they'd call back (which they still didn't do later). Just like Rick Case Hyundai, Rick Case Mazda was friendly, honest, straightforward, and helpful in ways that other dealerships were not. While other dealerships falsely claimed that “everyone is doi friendly, honest, straightforward, and helpful in ways that other dealerships were not. While other dealerships falsely claimed that “everyone is doing market adjustments in this retail environment”, Rick Case Mazda was selling at regular MSRP with no BS or unusual fees. My visit was ok, not great. The vehicles wasn't ready. My temporary tag info has wrong color on it, I reached out to, Jenny /Audrea, I was told it was corrected in the MV.
