The quality of the customer service at this location is waning. I’m not a fan of Jeff in the service department. He has a major attitude with customers. He acts like he doesn’t like his job. I have been using Rick case Mazda in Duluth December 21st will be 4 years. They have put tires on fixed my AC and brakes rotors oil changes each time it's due. This last oil change whoever left cap off on my will be 4 years. They have put tires on fixed my AC and brakes rotors oil changes each time it's due. This last oil change whoever left cap off on my oil made a mistake had oil every where they did come pick up car and cleaned motor made sure enough oil was in my car. Thank goodness my motor didn't lock up from that. Jeff apologized for that more than once. Thank you Jeff for always taking care of my car and answering questions I have. More

All employees very cordial, promise of first service free kept (I bough my car there). Nice touch about the video they made of my car. However I did not appreciate that none of the employees wore a mask free kept (I bough my car there). Nice touch about the video they made of my car. However I did not appreciate that none of the employees wore a mask. I was a the dealer for 1 hour and all the 5 customers that came in wore a mask. So evidently these customers thought that that was the right thing to do, for their own health and the health of every body else.. I assume Rick Case does not considere wearing a mask worthy and not requiring their employees to wear a mask is a company policy.. which is fine in their houses but not when they are servicing a mixed population. I have another car - Toyota - and I serviced it last week at a Toyota dealer - not Rick case- and there they all wore a mask and I felt safer there. More
