The sales experience was mostly good with a couple of exceptions. Our salesperson told us that the Loyalty discount was already part of the "price difference" shown on the new car inventory listing on th exceptions. The second thing was that we did not get the SD card for the navigation system when the car was delivered. We were told by the salesperson that we could buy the SD card from Amazon. When we got home, our research showed that every Signature should come with the SD card in the vehicle. More
