Jonathan was very professional and friendly. He knew I had my child with me and couldn’t spend hours buying my new car so he was efficient and thorough and got us out in a expedient way. Had to wait two weeks to get an appointment. The service was fast. I got it all done in two hours. Friendly staff but not sure of all the services and packages. Its very expensive too. Sales department was courteous and efficient when I bought my certified pre-owned CX-3 in 2020. I used to have no issues with the Service department but it seems like they have had some staff turnover bought my certified pre-owned CX-3 in 2020.
