It got delivered to my home, which is gr update this review. - I got the loaner a day after they asked me to wait another week (pleasant surprise). It got delivered to my home, which is greatly appreciated, as it saved me a trip. - I also spoke to Shaun and Will about the situation and they were very nice and understanding. They did send me updates on the process and what was going on with it while it was in the shop. Long story short, there was some CMV issue, and parts are on back order, and they have no idea how long the wait time is, months..years..who know? - I was advised to contact MazdaUSA, which I did, and they told me to go talk to the dealership manager, which I did.. it’s a full circle .. Spoked to Avery, who told me there’s an option to trade in the car (estimated to be about $3k Less than what I paid for) or read up on the lemon law (MazdaUSA did mentioned this as well, was not expect to hear it again). Not an ideal answer I was looking for. - Yes, I understand that It could be worst than the infotainment problem, it might be a small problem to them . But I did spend money to buy new car to use new car functions, and should there be a problem? - I’m updating this review, mainly because the problem started with the manufacture, and Shaun was extremely professional when talking to me, and The staffs did get back to me in a timely matter via phone. - Would I recommend this dealership? I would say yes, but make sure to triple check your car before you drives off, in my case, I did not have a cord to test the screen at pick up time... - I’ll update once more when everything is situated. ———— So I bought the car on the 12-17-21.. came back with it on the 12/20th, because there was a problem with the screen (it glitches when I tried to use CarPlay). They updated the system for the screen and send me home (still didnt fix it). Brought it back again on the 12/29th (they did not know what was going on, told me to come back the following Monday for a loaner) ... I came back on 1/3 (b/c they told me too come a loaner, showed up and you didnt have it). They Told me to wait a week.. I waited a week, and now they are telling me to wait another week for the loaner? This got dragged out since December 2021.. When you buy a car at 8 mileage drive out. There should not be any issue with it. I brought it back so many time and it seems like they are running me in a circle. It is a new car. There shouldn't be any issue. It is now January, 2022 and I still Have NOT gotten the issue fixed. Extremely disappointed More
Everyone was very helpful and courteous. One of the only dealerships they actually had cars available. No crazy dealer fees. They had a very family feel and we really enjoyed our experience. Service department wasn’t open and ready at their stated opening time of 7:30 am. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to do intake- and didn’t leave the facility until almost 8am. I also got a email of opening time of 7:30 am. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to do intake- and didn’t leave the facility until almost 8am. I also got a email of cancellation of my service appointment one hour after picking up my already-serviced car. The right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing. More
Low pressure sales tactic by the sales rep. No ridiculous dealer add in’s to the new car sticker price. Would recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda to stop here first. dealer add in’s to the new car sticker price. Would recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda to stop here first. More
Very accommodating for an appointment in only a few days. Service was performed flawlessly and made a suggestion for new tires, which I agree are needed. Service was performed flawlessly and made a suggestion for new tires, which I agree are needed. More
We purchased a used Mazda from Rick Case Mazda in Duluth, GA on 6/25/2021 and did not receive title and tags until 12/17/2021. Although the salesman was very nice, the staff clearly does not know what they GA on 6/25/2021 and did not receive title and tags until 12/17/2021. Although the salesman was very nice, the staff clearly does not know what they are doing. We were sent off on our test drive and pulled over by a policeman a few blocks down the road for not having a tag on the car. We told him we were test driving the car from Rick Case Mazda and he responded with “this happens all the time”. But, he proceeded to request proof of our story. All we had was a printout of the car ad that matched the car we were driving, but not sure what we would have shown him otherwise, as the dealership didn’t provide us with anything. There were several things wrong with the car (and not disclosed), but we decided what we were willing to pay for it and the dealership eventually agreed to sell it for that price so we were relatively happy. They put a 45 day temporary tag on the vehicle and sent us off after I wrote a check for the entire balance due. 45 days later, I called to inquire about the status of our title/ tags. Manager Jeff told me to contact Opus to check on it because we do not live in Georgia so the transaction gets completed by a third party. He told me he would send out another temporary sticker to add another 45 days, which I eventually received after two reminder follow-up calls. I contacted Opus in mid-August and was informed that they had not received any paperwork from the dealership yet so I contacted the dealership to let them know what I was told. I called Opus again on 9/1/2021 and was told they still don’t have the paperwork from the dealership. Opus received the paperwork from the dealership on 9/24/2021 and I finally received title and tags on 12/17/2021. Georgia law requires that the transfer gets processed within 30 days. I was forced to drive a car around without proper tags for 3 months. I believe that I was sold a car that the dealership didn’t own, which I’m pretty sure is illegal. I would recommend that if you purchase a car from them, demand to see the title to confirm they have rights to sell it, make sure they put a dealer plate on the car before your test drive, and don’t even bother to go to this dealership if you don’t live in Georgia. It is not a consumer’s job to be making phone calls to chase down the status of title transfer paperwork. More
