Always a great experience. My only issues is when I was contacted about my oil change it’s as if it’s not noted I have the maintenance packaged even when I told the woman On the phone. Then when I came to contacted about my oil change it’s as if it’s not noted I have the maintenance packaged even when I told the woman On the phone. Then when I came to my appt and they quoted me again I had to tell them I have a Maintenance Package. It would just be nice for that to be known or attached to my name and vehicle.
