Worst dealer for service I am sorry to say that this is the worst experience that I have ever experienced with a car dealer regarding service. They are totally unresponsive, d I am sorry to say that this is the worst experience that I have ever experienced with a car dealer regarding service. They are totally unresponsive, do not call back, do not do what they say they will do and pretty much ignore the customer unless you are buying a car. They totally miss their obligation to service what they sell. This goes from the two obviously overworked service writers to the lack of depth in Maserati mechanics and even Raquel Case, the general manager, who never responded to phone messages or email. Maserati North America is also deficient in providing dealer and consumer support. I had to wait for a GPS computer replacement for a 2016 Ghibli to be sent from Italy. They apparently don't keep any parts inventory in the U.S.? And that did not solve my problem, which has gone on over four months. Do yourself a favor, and buy elsewhere. Hope that you can get service without moving into the dealership. More

They did not charge anything! Now we are happy and they are happy also. Stephanie at the call center is awesome. She is very kind and always try to help. More

They really take the time to listen to you and answer the questions you ask them. Jim is a tremendous asset to the service department with a sincere and friendly personality. Jodi, my salesperson, has been with me since day 1 and helped me every day since. With people like this i'm spoiled and cant imagine going to another dealership in the future. More
