Beware of this dealership that promises 150 point Beware of this dealership that promises 150 point inspection of their pre-owned cars. They sold me a vehicle that had faulty brakes and calipers! We almost got into a fatal accident 4 days after purchase. We had asked them to inspect the car for safety and they said they did. They even gave me a work order stating so. However, they didn't do a proper inspection. We also had a non-functioning safety belt. Although they promised to take care of this issue, they no longer respond to calls or text messages. When cars cost so much these days even dealerships such as this are cutting corners to make a sale. No safety inspections are really done. It cost me an additional $600 to replace the rear rotors, pads, calipers, and a full safety inspection at a third-party facility. Shame on Rick Case Kia for lowering your great vehicle safety standards for a quick sale. After-sales follow-up? Zero!! Watch out also, for the finance section who will tack on an extra 2 percent on an approved finance rate! I was approved for a 3 percent rate, when I went to sign the documents at finance they shot it up to 4.79 percent! Can you imagine! The excuses they gave were outrageous. I wanted the car so I took the extra 2 percent hopefully to refinance after a few months. These guys are ruthless and will tell you anything to sell their cars in this market. If you don't get a third-party inspection, be prepared to spend an additional $1-2k, after purchase repairs for a pre-owned vehicle from these guys. Do not trust this dealership, they lie to get a sale. I'd have given them a 1 Star but I respect the Rick Case Dealerships especially the Roswell facility. Roswell rocks! Kia borrow the sales and maintenance rep of Rick Case Roswell. I'm dismayed with this dealership. More
