I initially contacted the dealership via an online inquiry. Clive was quick to respond, but not overly pushy. It took a couple of weeks for us to carve out the time to go visit the dealership, but once we did, we were very pleased with the experience. Clive listened to what we wanted in a car and what we expected from the deal and made it happen. He was very friendly, courteous and responsive to our needs. The deal itself took about 6 hours, which was longer than we would have liked, but trading in two cars for two new cars was sure to take a long time! Couldn't be helped. So far, I am very happy with my new car and the dealer experience with Clive and Team made the whole transaction much more bearable. More
I bought a new Sorento from Andrew Frison. I found him to be very pleasant to deal with. When I first took it for a test drive Andrew was very knowledgeable of the vehicles features. Afterwards he was not to be very pleasant to deal with. When I first took it for a test drive Andrew was very knowledgeable of the vehicles features. Afterwards he was not to pushy; he gave me his business card and said call me if you want to come in and run some numbers. I decided to buy the next day and he worked with me on a deal I felt comfortable with. More

Don Park made sure I had the best price possible with the highest quality of service. Don cared about my concerns and kept me informed every step of the way. When the service was completed, my car was fixed at a price I could afford, and I was completely satisfied. Rick Case Kia has a customer for life, and when it's time to buy my son's car, that's where I will go. More
The sales consultant, Carter Collins, was very friendly and very helpful. I feel like he done the best that he could trying to help us find what we were looking for. I do, however, feel like we could have and very helpful. I feel like he done the best that he could trying to help us find what we were looking for. I do, however, feel like we could have a little bit better deal on the car. This falls on the sales manager. Our overall experience at Rick Case Kia was a good one. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thank Carter Collins and the other staff members for their kindness and helpfulness. More

WE HAD TO BRING OUR 2 YEAR OLD SON, MATT, OUR SALES PERSON, TOOK HIM TO PLAY WHILE WE WERE SIGNING THE PAPERS. WE WERE OFFERED FOOD AND DRINK AND TREATED AS IF WE WERE FAMILY. OH AND BY THE WAY, WE DID PURCHASE A 2011 KIA SORENTO, WHICH I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. IT IS THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. ( AND I'VE OWNED A FEW). MATT WAS VERY HELPFUL REGARDING THE INFORMATION GIVEN ABOUT THE CAR, HE HAS ONE TOO. ANYONE THAT IS READY TO PURCHASE NEW OR USED OR LEASE A CAR, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICK CASE KIA. KELLY B. More
Didn't end up buying a car from them because we went with a different manufacturer but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a Kia. They want to sell cars making them willing to negotia a different manufacturer but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a Kia. They want to sell cars making them willing to negotiate a good price but they also want your return business and recommendation to friends and family- so it isn't just about the price but they are super friendly as well. The only change I would make as the owner/manager is to nix the long pants and long sleeved shirts on days over 95 degrees- professionalism doesn't always equate to business attire. More
I bought my first Kia in 2007 from Gwinnett KIA, was a great experience. . I went back in March of 2011 to Rick Case Kia of 2011 to buy a car for my son for graduation and had a horrible Experience !! great experience. . I went back in March of 2011 to Rick Case Kia of 2011 to buy a car for my son for graduation and had a horrible Experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Laddie was my salesman and he was very kind and nice. Sales manager don't remember his name (he no longer works there) low balled my trade by $3000.00 it was close to closing and I guess he wanted to go home instead of making a sell. Called Cobb County Kia the next day did a deal over the phone got $3000.00 more for my trade in, sent my son to pick up the car since I was on my way out of town and came back a week later and signed the papers with my son already driving the car it was great. Very trusting people. Laddie called me after a few months and told me the sales manager no longer worked there and he new I was in the market for two Sorento's one for my wife and one to leave at our Fl house, we had talked about this earlier when I was trying to make a deal on my son’s car. I decided to give Rick Case Kia another chance since I liked Laddie so much. I took a Sorento EX home for the night to show my wife and we decided instead to purchase the Sorento SX fully loaded. I usually try to line my car sells up in advance, I do not like to play the back and forth games that take multiple hours of time. I had my son bring my trade in three hours early (Before I would arrive) so it would be appraised and that part out of the way. . I had already been given an amount I could buy the EX so I thought for sure I could buy the SX for a little more off the MRSP than the EX (sticker over $6000.00 more than the EX.) Anyway when I arrived my trade had not been appraised and after I hung around for 3 hours I got my appraisal. We then spent another hour playing the back and forth games to the sales manager Ormond (Mr. Personality) and I thought we had arrived at a deal. Would you not think that you would get more off the MSRP of a 36,000.00 car than a 29,000.00 car well not at Rick Case. I finally told Laddie the salesman I could buy the same car at a different dealership for 28,000.00 drive out after them meaning Rick Case paid off my trade and that he would need to beat that deal, so I thought we agreed on 27,999.00. Now I'm in the finance managers office signing paper work and I said I think something was wrong come to find out they didn't have the pay off of my trade figured in the paper work so I guess if I kept my mouth shut I could have bought the new Sorento at about 15,554.00 less. To say the least the finance manager was not happy, so arrives Ormond and he sits down to correct the amount in the computer. He asks me did I remember the amount so I said yes it was 27,999.00 and I started to write the check, he then said that was not right that we agreed on me paying 12,000.00 plus plus plus and then my payoff which would make me write a check for 28,999.00 I said that is not what we agreed upon, and I was beginning to get very frustrated and anger. I think Ormond could since this and his remark was you don't need to get upset just don't buy the car if you are not happy but that was his price and so be it. Now I have owned my own business for 25 yrs and you would think if there was a misunderstanding two men could maybe met each other half way or discuss further not that this is the deal and that’s it what a since of power Ormond has. Remember I am here to give them a second chance. My remark was I had been there going on 5 hrs for what was to be a short easy experience and I new my wife wanted the car so I would write the check, however half way through signing I decided I wasn't going to be caught up in a sales managers numbers game that being Ormond (I think he even might be the general manager I know he had has only been at this dealership a couple of days)so I preceded to take my check and exit RICK CASE KIA after shame on me said a few harsh words. What really hurts my feelings is that Laddie my salesman and Ormond new what I was willing to pay before they ever did the appraisal on my car why did they waste five hours of my time and put me through the worst experience I have ever had in a car dealership in my life, and I bet I have bought at least 50 cars in my life time. No I would not recommend RICK CASE KIA if they were the last dealership on earth and to you Ormond you might think about not only treating your customers better but your employees also you are no better than they are. Why do you need to talk down to them? Should have my new Sorento's purchased by the time this hits the net from a dealer who appreciates ones business. More

I was a referral to your dealership by neighbors. Buying a new car is stressful and being a female sometimes sales people think all we are interested in are number of cup holders and make up mirrors. I am a new car is stressful and being a female sometimes sales people think all we are interested in are number of cup holders and make up mirrors. I am all about safety, reliability, resale value and mileage. Working with Carter was not only a pleasure but a wonderful experience. The entire staff greeted me even though I was there to see Carter only. Chase was a pleasure to work with...again, financing a car is scary, but Chase explained the procedures to me and I walked out of there with a car I like but an experience that will make referring people to the dealership a pleasure. Thank you Carter...thank you Ivy...and thank you Chase!!! More
Hello, my name is Whitney Oni, 25, 1st time car buyer, Hello, my name is Whitney Oni, 25, 1st time car buyer, and working single mother of 2 girls. Sunday morning after church, I went in to the Ric Hello, my name is Whitney Oni, 25, 1st time car buyer, and working single mother of 2 girls. Sunday morning after church, I went in to the Rick Case KIA at Gwinnett Place in Duluth, GA. My mission- to educate myself and test drive a ‘KIA Soul’ that was safe, unique/attractive, and would accommodate and not strain further my financial situation. I never knew I would find much more. Honestly, upon arriving, I was afraid, I was terrified that the car salesmen would look at me as a “commission”, “another ignorant/ inexperienced woman”, and I would be in the company of a fast talking, gimmicky, overly energetic car salesman… To my amazement, there I met a genuine, friendly, and caring sales representative named, Carter Collins. Almost immediately he sets my mind at ease. I was assured that he would not force nor pressure me into any purchase, and that he was there to be a friend and guide me through a relaxed process of selecting a car that would be best for me and my girls. I genuinely felt he was “on my side” and still do. Myself, I work at Brookstone and as the Asst. Manager, it is my job is to sell/ demonstrate products, which is easy for I have a very friendly personality and I have a enhanced natural ability to read people, I’m also sensitive to facial expressions, body language, and vocal tones. This gives me an ability to read and relate to anyone. But being on the other side of a sell and acting as a customer on this day, I was admittedly defensive since I was the one trying to be convinced for a sale. This is why I am still honestly astonished on how quickly and felt I could let my guard down to make a series of decisions with little or no tension. During the sales process, I was thoroughly informed about all aspects of the vehicle and all services that KIA had to offer. I was able to open up about my life and share my recent difficult experience with an abusive partner, and why I had moved from London, UK to the USA to be with my family. He was so understanding and in turn, he shared his experiences with me, and offered support and emphasized with my situations. Carter Collins is not only a very sincere person, and dedicated salesman, but he is also a very talented ballet singer. He went as far and to sing ‘Frank Sinatra’ to me during my test drive, he made me feel as if I was in a movie! He assured me that if I were to trust him and act today, he would make sure I get the best deal possible, and even one that a single mother would be happy with and could afford! I trusted Collins, and went on to speak Chase Channell, Finance Manager, about purchasing the vehicle. Needless to say, he too was also friendly, handsome, intelligent, very cooperative and understanding. And after a while of negotiating and debating. My mother and I co-signed a 2011 KIA Soul and I emotionally walked out the dealership with my girls, a fantastic deal, a brand new car, and best of all 2 new friends. I love my KIA Soul! And I felt it gravely necessary to recognize and show my appreciation to all those involved in my car buying process, namely, Carter Collins & Chase Channell by writing this extensive customer feedback review. Thank you very much KIA and I look forward to promoting and referring this dealership to all my friends and family! Much love, Whitney Whitney Oni (770)614-6124 More
