Terrible after sales . I was aske d to drive 100 miles round trip three times to look at a blemmish on the dash. They applied paint to it which stands out quite prominently in sunlight. We purchased a new EX Sorento yesterday , when we arrived at 8:50am Drew was already out the door to greet us and was no pressure and highly customer service oriented with a very knowledgable approach to hel at 8:50am Drew was already out the door to greet us and was no pressure and highly customer service oriented with a very knowledgable approach to helping us. A couple of days before I had spoken to Carter by phone and expressed the SUV we were targeting and he also was very customer service oriented and friendly. Bottom line, both Drew and Carter were excellent. The sales manager also helped us with getting to a price we could afford and was flexible meeting our needs. When we asked for our trailer package to be put on and we could not take delivery until later in the day, Drew immediately offered to deliver our Sorento to our home no questions no cost. Drew who we met at 8:50am delivered our Sorento to our home in Dunwoody at 10:20pm and as promised no hassles. He piled up over a 13 hour day and delivered with customer service that we have not experienced with a dealership before. Hats off to these guys and Rick Case More

While there he was not only taking care of us, but multiple customers and STILL was able to give us the service we needed. We were ready to test drive until he called Dozier, one of the mechanics, and he informed him that the air flow sensor was bad and that the car would shut off randomly. He had ordered a part for it but it would not be there until Tuesday morning. We had came all the way from Alabama to get this car, so I was very disappointed. Not even five minutes later Dozier showed up and me being a very talkative person asked him to PLEASE fix my car today so we could take it home. He searched for a air flow sensor and found one and replaced for us in no time. We were out of there fairly fast and Clive was not only an outstanding salesman but he also took time to have small talk with us and get a feel for who we were. The service there is incredible and they are all so friendly. Thank you for all you did Clive and Dozier it meant a lot to us. More

After having an ok experience purchasing my new vehicle, there was poor follow up by the dealership. Inquiries into why I had not received notice that my tag was available were gone un answered and brushed there was poor follow up by the dealership. The result was me having to pay out of pocket taxes that would not have been necessary at the time. Several attempts to resolve the issue were not successful and I was spoken to in a rude and condescending manner. Communication and respectfulness is very poor at this dealership and I cannot recommend anyone to go here. More
