Went to look at the Optima's. Carter was very nice to work with and didn't pressure me at all. When I went to look at the Hyundai Sonata at another dealer next day the saleman there was way to high press work with and didn't pressure me at all. When I went to look at the Hyundai Sonata at another dealer next day the saleman there was way to high pressure and I did not feel comfortable for I felt was being pushed into a sale over what I really wanted in a new car. I went back to see Carter at the KIA dealer and he really worked with me in my best interest, Carter never once made me feel as if I was being pushed into a car. His great advice and style sold me,I felt very good about my deal on the Optima. I have owned over 14 years worth of Saab's so I'm now a KIA fan! More
Carter Collins was my sales person and was the best part of my experience. He was friendly but did not seem very knowledgable about the car. Over the 3 months since I bought the car I have repeatedly called to try and get some issues resolved with Chase and Jerry. Since I got the car no one wants to call me back or has any answers. I get evasive answers or lied to if I actually get to speak to someone. They continually fail to follow through on what they promise. I've had to pay fines and extra charges due to their negligence when I moved out of state. I would never send my family or friends here. More
I heard so many great things about this dealership I thought I would go check it out. We were ready to buy the Optima Hybrid and trade in our car. Well, the salesman gave us one number and after we wa thought I would go check it out. We were ready to buy the Optima Hybrid and trade in our car. Well, the salesman gave us one number and after we waited for 90 minutes on the finance department they gave us another HIGHER number. The finance guy was rude and condescending, probably because we had our own financing to begin with, and when I said to please stop explaining to me things you can not explain he threw his hands in the air and shouted "BYE!" Not only that but they marked up the sticker price on the car and then tried to tell us they gave us a $500 discount. I know the tricks and I dont buy it. I guess only suckers buy cars here. More

Carter was very friendly and was a joy to work with. His knowledge of the Kia line of vehicles was key in our decision to purchase of a 2012 Soul !. Before the decision to purchase a new car, I had visited Rick Case Kia several times to look at a few different models I had been looking at online.The salesstaff were always friendly and helpful. My wife and I were greeted by Al deen when we had decided to go test drive some vehicles. He was very friendly and listened to our questions and concerns.He was able to get our paperwork and financing approved pretty quickly while we were there. Still being undecided on which car would be best, we decided to come back the next week when I would know what I wanted to purchase. Al deen unexpededly had to take time off from work so Broderick Walker took me on a test drive. I had met him previously when I had just started looking at new cars. Broderick was also very friendly and helpful in getting me the exact car that I wanted.He put in the order and it was there for me to pick three days later. Jay Clowers in Finance helped to make the paperwork process smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. I would say that the overall experience was top notch and will recommend this dealership to family and friends. Thanks guys for helping me get back onto 4 wheels with a roof and off of the daily motorcycle rides,rain or shine! More
I put together a deal with the manager and he advised on a lease there was no disposition fee. When all said and done and I was about to sign the paperwork he lied and it was on the contract. I walked out and a week later I decided to purchase the vehicle instead of leasing. At that point they lowered their offer on my car by 1,000 and would not honor their original offer. Terrible customer service! They make things up as they go. The other manager was telling me how terrible the hybrids were and when I decided to look at one he then told me he owned one and it was a great car. Liars! More
Having heard great things about Kia customer service we were eager to visit a dealership and purchase a 2012 Kia. We dealt with three salesman during our buying experience. Although I am very happy with my new vehicle there are many reasons why I would NOT suggest this dealership to anyone: 1. They never answer their phone. I called pretty much all day on a Monday and the sales department never so much as picked up their phone. Isnt communication a big part of sales? Maybe they dont want to sell cars. 2. They do not follow through. Dont believe them when they say they will call you back after a few days to update you on the status of acquiring your new vehicle. When you actually call them two days AFTER the time they said they would call you, you will be met with a very hostile salesperson, that tells you "I know youre excited about your new car but you need to be patient." Isnt waiting a week and a half longer than the quoted date to pick up your vehicle being patient. 3. After putting a hefty down payment on the vehicle, I was told that I would be contacted about what bank my financing would be with. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I made several different attempts to reach the financing department, through calls, emails etc, and NOBODY could help me. In fact when you call them, you are 99% of the time fed to their voicemail. 4. They are not knowledgable. Salespeople should know their product, and know their product well. When asked basic questions about the cars features, and Kia's line of vehicles, one salesperson could only muster up "im not sure." The only one that was truly in the business of customer service was Clive. He made our purchase smooth, and followed up with us after. While my experience was at best, disappointing at Rick Case Kia Gwinnett, there was one part that left me satisfied. After voicing our disappointment with the entire process to the GM, Jerry Howell, he assured us that we would not have to deal with the unsatisfactory salespeople we had previously dealt with, upon purchasing our vehicle. Instead a very friendly, knowledgeable salesman, Clive helped us. He made sure we left the dealership much happier that day.
