I had a good time with Carter, we went for a test drive and stopped to really go over the car he was extremly knowledgable of the features and the market value. Rick Case Kia was our last stop that day. We walked up to the door and Perry was holding the door open for us with a smile on his face. He listened to us, really listened, and allowed us to do the talking. I never felt any pressure; which was a first for me in my experience with car salesman. Perry was courteous and pleasant. After agreeing on a price we were ready to sign all the paperwork and in my past experiences this is the part that took the longest...so many forms! Chase was on top of his game. There was a lot of paper work but he went over everything with us, explaining all of the optional warrenty offers. He was personable, professional and and took care of us. Cartier is a super salesman. He takes the time to listen to your needs and to assist you in anyway necessary. Their is no pressure from Cartier and that is what we liked about Cartier. When they saw we were not going to be an easy sale, the pressure started. The guy setting the price was not willing to move, that is ok, it is his choice to set the sales price, but I really did not like pressure started. That was the most non-professional car purchasing experience from the mangagement leve. Everything from the out-of-line, disrespectful comments made to my daughter to the disregard of "good faith" ag experience from the mangagement leve. Once my concerns was shared to the manager, he just looked at me as to say...so what. To top it off we get a call from someone wanting my daughter call him back on his personal cell on behalf of the dealership? If Rick Case was giving away cars I would not go back. More
