After speaking with Alan over the phone he was able to have the Sorento parked on the lot for driving that he thought we would like. It was a perfect fit. I was very pleased. have the Sorento parked on the lot for driving that he thought we would like. It was a perfect fit. I was very pleased. More

Perry was very helpful in finding the car with the equipment I wanted. We worked on a fair price in no time. Having being a single father of 3 for many years, my credit has taken some hits. I wanted to get out of my current vehicle but had difficulties trying to do so with other dealers. I decided to try Rick credit has taken some hits. I wanted to get out of my current vehicle but had difficulties trying to do so with other dealers. I decided to try Rick Case; I had purchased 4 new vehicles from them in the past: ( 93 mighty max, 03 mazda truck, 03 rx8, and a 06 outlander ) I don't really know how these guys did it, but they were able to get me into a new car. I realize that they worked hard for me since I have a weak credit score. Victor was my initial contact via phone and when I first arrived at the dealer, but since I arrived earlier than expected and Victor had a previously made committment to another customer, he had P.C. help me. I purchased my first new car in 1989 and this latest vehicle is my 15th. P.C. by far was the best I ever had out of all those years. He was never pushy. He explained what was occuring and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. After the sale, he showed me everything on the car, inside and out, and how to use things, he even synced my phone to the car for me. It is my intention that this new car will be my last at my age, but if for some reason that would change, I would NEVER go anywhere else for a vehicle other than Rick Case. I truly appreciated how well they all treated me. *Chris also was great; a straight shooter, no games, and treated me as if I had an 850 beacon score. He made me feel comfortable. Also Craig in financing was great. I dont believe that it was a coincidence to deal with 4 people who all acted in the same positive manner..GREAT JOB RICK CASE!!......Thank you, Joe Durkot More
I bought a Kia Soul in April of 2012. Twice, I have attempted to schedule service online via Rick Case's website. I never got a phone call or an email. Finally, I decided to just go to Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee and they took such good care of me. I will never try Rick Case Kia again! More
I came to this dealerhip to get my Kia Sorrento serviced. While there I looked around the lot and saw a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. Out of curiousity I inquired about the prices and began working with Debbie Normant. She was very helpful and worked with Chase Channel to try to make a deal work with my challenged credit. Although we couldn't make things work I had a good experience. I returned to the dealership a few months later to trade in a minivan for one they had listed on their website. I again worked with Debbie and Chase. While negotiating, I double checked the value of my trade over my smartphone and found they offered $1000 less than it should have been. I pointed this out and was assured they would have caught the mistake and made the adjustment later. Chase worked extremely hard in getting me financed and found a credit union that would work with me. About a week after I took delivery of the van I got a call from Debbie saying I had to come back and re-sign the paperwork because the wrong VIN was on all of the documents. We were leaving on a road trip the next morning. So I had to leave work and drive in rush hour and fill everything out again. I asked if could be compensated for the trouble and was promised a gas card that I still have not received. For the next few weeks I got harrasing phone calls from the company that held the lien for the minivan I traded in looking for payments. I called the dealership at least 4 times to check the status of the payoff. Each time I left a detailed voicemail for one of the business managers and my calls were never returned. Eventually the the finance company followed up and cleared up the mess. In the dealerships defense they moved locations after I purchased the minivan. I understand that transitions can be difficult but customers should not have a less than pleasant experience. Overall, we got the van we wanted at a good price but the process could have been better. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the dealer but wouldn't disuade someone from going there. UPDATE: Kia is offering $25 gift cards for test drives. I'm still waiting for the gas card I was promised in August 2012. I would let this go but the dealership has been autocalling me with maintenance offers and service reminders making it hard to forget. More
Worst service experience of my life. Brought my car in (under warranty) for a repair. I dropped it off the night before, and the next day, while I was working, I received SEVEN phone calls from Don. He to (under warranty) for a repair. I dropped it off the night before, and the next day, while I was working, I received SEVEN phone calls from Don. He told me that all of my belts needed to be replaced...my car has BARELY 50,000 miles on it. And when that didn't work, he told me I had a transmission fluid leak...really dude? No. And when all else failed he called AGAIN, saying that my sway bar was disconnected on my front tire, which it WAS NOT when I brought it in. That was when I had enough. I told him that I have never in my life had such problems with a mechanic. It was the absolute worst experience of my life. I would have rather PAID someone the $130 to fix the initial problem, which was a broken ignition coil, than have to go through this service department EVER again. Would NOT recommend. The car you buy may come with a warranty, but they'll ask for $700 in repairs every time you bring it in... More
I purchased a used Kia on 10/06/12 and the experience was outstanding. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and there was no pushy, hard-sell vibe. Oh and I love the car. I will definitely buy from Rick C outstanding. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and there was no pushy, hard-sell vibe. Oh and I love the car. I will definitely buy from Rick Case again. More
I had a pleasurable experience at Rick Case Kia. I had done a good bit of research on the car I was looking at purchasing prior to my arrival but Carter expanded on that well. Additionally he took the tim done a good bit of research on the car I was looking at purchasing prior to my arrival but Carter expanded on that well. Additionally he took the time to look for possible minor flaws in the used Forte I was looking at so that they could take car of them and I would be aware of them as well, which was much appreciated. Chase was also very easy to work with and there were no trips away from me to "speak to the manager" or anything like that. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the market for a new car. More
Carter was very knowledgeable and courteous. When asked a question he provided in depth details and if he didn't know he would seek the answer. He was willing to go above and beyond the "call of duty". More
