The customer service at this location was really good. We had to wait for a while but that is understandble when you are trying to find the right car for yourself. The representative, Kalesa Basden was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about the car we were trying to purchase. She made sure we were very happy during and after the deal was made. She was also very patient with us as well. The finance manager, Craig made sure we walked out of the location with the payent that we were comfortable to afford and that we were satisfied. Others helped out as well, so overall I would definitely recommend this location to others who are trying to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

I received extremely good customer service from Marty. She helped me as soon as she could. She took her time to explain why I needed a tire rotation every time I get an oil change. I was greeting immediately upon entering the facility. It only took a moment for a sales associate to be located in order to assist me. After I made my decision, I was taken to a comfortable waiting room with complimentary refreshments while I waited for a finance advisor. Then I met with Omar, who made the rest of the process easy and smooth. By the end of the day, I was driving home my new Scion IQ! Great dealership with a great staff. I'd recommend it to anyone. I went to the dealership with the intention of buying a new Optima if the sales staff were reasonable to work with, and would be able to be competitive with pricing. WIth no haggling or negotiations, they got the pricing to where it needed to be on the vehicle that I chose. The staff was friendly, but never pushy, even though it was close to closing time on the last day of the month - I expected them to have a natural tendency to "pressure", but they never did. I highly recommend Rick Case Kia and the entire staff there. The honesty and ease of purchasing is better than many of the other dealerships in the area. More

My husband was impressed with tv ads for the Kia Optima and wanted me to see the car since I was not leaning in that direction for a new car. We did not go to actually purchase that day but Perry Mallory and wanted me to see the car since I was not leaning in that direction for a new car. We did not go to actually purchase that day but Perry Mallory met us in the parking lot and answered all our questions, showed professionalism and knowledge of the car, was friendly, courteous and displayed no pressure tactics. After a test driive, I was impressed and after driving Cadillacs and Buicks all my adult life, I believed I could make the change and be very happy driving a new Kia Optima with all the extras included. Perry has continued to check up on us to be sure we had no questions which is appreciated. I presently have about 3500 miles on my new Kia and plan to schedule the first maintenance checkup at Rick Case. After driving a short time, the "low tire pressure" indicator came on and I called the Service Department and "Randy" told me to bring the car in and he would make sure everything was all right. I went right in and was very pleased with the service I received in the Service Dept at that time. More

Collin Bramlett explained everything to me about financing the car, he was very patient throughout the entire process and I really appreciated that.
