Ken Hinger handled the financing paperwork and was equally efficient and friendly. Marty even programmed my Bluetooth for me which was very helpful since I'm not the most tech savvy person around! I would highly recommend this dealer, Marty, and Ken to anyone in the market for either a high quality used vehicle or a brand new one. It was worth the drive from Kennesaw. More
I have purchased 3 cars from Rick Case Kia in past 6 months. One of the deals I had a Texas title and dealership wanted me to get a Ga title. I informed them there would be title fees. So that being said I went to DMV and got a Ga title. The fees and charges were 650.00 and the dealer refunded me. Then next deal they wanted another Ga title. I informed them of the fees and they agreed to refund me. When I returned with the Ga title the dealer refused to refund my money. I am not required by any law to get a Ga title. I was doing this to help them. But they still refuse to refund my money. I mailed them a certified demand letter. I have gotten no reply. My next step is take them to small claims court. This is under handed and poor business. More

I had not planned on buying a new car when I took my Forte in for a regular service at 35,000 miles. I had been having my car service at Rick Case since I moved to Lawrenceville 2 1/2 years ago when I Forte in for a regular service at 35,000 miles. I had been having my car service at Rick Case since I moved to Lawrenceville 2 1/2 years ago when I saw their TV ad. Everyone in the serive dept has always been helpful, professional and seemed like they liked working there. I saw a sign that said "ask about our vehicle exchange program" and I did and was given a business card for Shelton and walked to the Sales Dept. Shelton was tied up with another customer and asked if I would mind being helped by his associate Mike Kim. Mike Kim was very knowledgable about the program and more importantly about the Soul and the improvements in the vehicle since it came out and offered to let me test drive one. I was instantly in love as soon as I sat in it. The test drive was awesome and I was really in love when we got back. I had selected the Forte 3 years earlier because the acceleration was better and I was driving long distances on the interstate. Mike explained the changes in the Soul that improved its performance and further reinforced my decision to consider the purchase. So I said let's talk numbers. Shelton checked with us several times to make sure Mike was taking good care of me. I met Ken Hinger and we talked numbers and financing and he worked out a deal I could live with so when the service dept. called to say my car was ready I told them Rick Case owned it now. Every one I dealt with was very professional, friendly and anxious to please me. The employees seem to really like being there and it shows. More
