I can not speak highly enough of the team at Rick Case Kia! Vernon, Viktor, Jerry, & Cleo were all a part of making my first car buying experience great. From the first time I walked in there Vernon met m Kia! Vernon, Viktor, Jerry, & Cleo were all a part of making my first car buying experience great. From the first time I walked in there Vernon met me outside and directed me right towards the car I was looking for. I fell in love. Wanting a technology package, I went to another Kia dealership. This other location really described the reason people say "I hate buying a car." Needless to say, I ended up back at Rick Case to buy my new Kia. I walked in and Viktor greeted me, hearing about my headache with the other location he turned me to Jerry. I would have never guessed Jerry was a GM by the amount of time he took to listen to my situation, explain the options, and make sure I got the car I wanted. The next day Viktor spent his day off driving to Perry to pick up the exact car I wanted. Talk about awesome customer service! Cleo in finance made sure I understood everything I was signing and that I didn't leave with any questions. He even stayed pass close so that I could get home with my car that night. If you're looking for a kia, this is the best dealership to go to hands down. You don't have to hate buying a car, and the team at Rick Case Kia will make sure you don't! I love my new Kia Forte & the team at Rick Case! More
The overall experience at this dealership has been fantastic. Within a minute of me getting of my car to look at Sorento's Sean Allen was right there asking if I needed any help. He was great. He t fantastic. Within a minute of me getting of my car to look at Sorento's Sean Allen was right there asking if I needed any help. He was great. He took his time in showing me all the features and answering my numerous questions. I was able to get my side steps and enviroguard done within the next couple of days because he was so efficient. I would definitely recommend Sean to all my friends and family. I will be back when I need another vehicle. More
I love Viktor and Collin! Both of them helped me so-so-so much!! Being a first time buyer, and a college student with only a part-time job, I struggled to purchase a vehicle for a while. I've visited so many much!! Being a first time buyer, and a college student with only a part-time job, I struggled to purchase a vehicle for a while. I've visited so many other dealers, but none of them could do what these two did for me :/ These guys did the impossible!!! I was able to buy what I wanted without any cosigners/crazy interest rates/huge down payment. I am so incredibly thankful and would recommend rick case to all! GO CHECK IT OUT! Viktor will help you find a perfect car, while Collin will finance it for you! :) More

Mr. Rick Case, I of course have never met you, but I Mr. Rick Case, I of course have never met you, but I wanted to share my experience with your Kia dealership so that you will understand my experien Mr. Rick Case, I of course have never met you, but I wanted to share my experience with your Kia dealership so that you will understand my experience from a customer's perspective. I purchased a Toyota Sienna van from Rick Case Kia in Sept. 2012. I can admit that the overall buying experience was a good experience for me without a doubt. But I did not realize all that I was getting into. Before purchasing the vehicle, I did share some concerns with the sales team that I was asking to be addressed or taken care of. One of those concerns was the odor or stench that was very obvious upon entering the vehicle. I asked the sales team to address that and they agreed. They kept the vehicle for a couple of days to address the concerns/repairs as well as the odor. Once the vehicle was ready, I mentioned that the odor was still present. The sales associate, Sean, stated that it was worked on but not able to be resolved. I thought that over time, the odor would go away. It did not. I had some items in the trunk of the van and noticed that they were wet with no obvious reason for this to occur. With the knowledge that I have, I myself tried to trouble-shoot the problem, still to no avail. I was instructed by the call center to share the concern first with the sales associate, Sean. He was very nice and passed the message on to Jason in sales. I had to call more than once and it was about 2 weeks before I received a return call. I believe the sales manager that called me was Kevin. I can't remember the name exactly. I brought the vehicle in on a Friday as instructed, Kevin was not there. Jeff Jackson scheduled me for Monday. I brought the van in and received a loaner. The next day (Tuesday) Jeff shared the problem with me and stated that sales was not willing to cover the cost. Granted, the problem was discovered after the 30 days. This is not something that I would have found within 30 days and it seems to me that the vehicle may not have been inspected thoroughly. (The vehicle arrived from Florida on a Friday evening and I purchased it on the next day, Saturday.) There is no telling how long this had been a problem prior to my purchase and how much mold and mildew had set in prior to that. Because this was a problem at purchase, I should not have been bound by the 30 days, especially since the problem was not something that would have been identified within that time. I was very disappointed that Rick Case was not willing to take some responsibility in this especially since the vehicle was obviously purchased this way and that the inspection may not have been thorough enough to find the problem, especially with the quick turn around time once they received the van. The repair costs for the vehicle was "chump change" for Rick Case. But to a single mother of three, that was a lot of money. It had gotten to the place that my children did not like the van because it smelled so bad and that was our primary mode of transportation, which was the purpose of the purchase. Jeff Jackson, in service, was extra nice and was willing to work with me to try to make sure that I was happy. He and Trey Wright worked with me and worked really hard to ensure my satisfaction. Honestly, I feel as though I should not have had to pay anything because this should have been identified and taken care of before the purchase. But Jeff was so nice and worked with me to take care of the cost. The problem was a leak in the back passenger side window that was not sealed properly for whatever reason. As stated, this was obviously a problem at purchase. To date, it has rained very hard numerous times and I check the trunk and it has been dry. I will continue to monitor. The day after the problem was fixed, Jeff called me to make sure that things were going well with the repair. I can say that my overall service experience was good. The reason for me choosing to give the dealership an opportunity to rectify the problem rather than to seek legal help initially was that I signed a paper (arbitration ?) when I purchased the vehicle, stating that I would give the dealership the opportunity to take corrective action with any problems or concerns. How much mold/mildew has set up and is still there? I would like to say that as a single mother of three, I have to make all of the decisions regarding purchases, repairs, everything, etc. I am not a single mother by choice, my former husband died. I am not very knowledgeable about everything, but everything is a learning experience. What I learned was to never purchase a vehicle from a dealership that represents a company that did not make/manufacture the vehicle and cannot certify the vehicle. I also learned that if I purchase a used vehicle to ask for a copy of the inspection report and to have my own mechanic to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. I don't understand why a dealership would purchase a vehicle to sell that they cannot certify as opposed to selling a trade-in that was not made by the company that they represent. As mentioned, my sales experience and service experience were good. Will I purchase another vehicle from Rick Case and will I do future business with Rick Case? Probably not, more than likely not. I think that care, concern, and attention needs to be given to certain matters and certain situations. Thank you Sean, Andrew, and Jason for the purchase experience and thank you Jeff and Trey for the service experience. Thank you also for the opportunity to share my experiences. I know that it is "wordy" but no details were left un-mentioned. Sincerely Penelope More
