My first introduction to Ms. Basden, was last month when my partner and I were considering purchasing a new vehicle, Credenza/Sorrento. She took our information and an attentive appointment date. She followed-up with me, with information that getting financed was definitely possible, but not for the vehicle we were interested, but would shop the inventory to make sure we would get what we wanted in a vehicle that was similar. Well, yesterday we purchased a 2011, Kia, Sorrento; with 57343 miles; 3-row seating; rear camera viewing; satellite radio; am/fm/cd; dual heated seats; dual AC control; panoramic sunroof; leather interior; cruise control; power windows; bluetooth...all options; loaded. She was very thorough; but what impressed me the most was her customer service and professionalism. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am; she mentioned she had other appointments and as those appointments arrived, she worked with her clients and perspective buyers; focusing on her customers, without having either one waiting to be helped. She recognized and greeted other customers and buyers, but never once attempted to get their business, until she was absolutely finished with her scheduled appointments. General manager and sales lady Kalesa were great. Finance experience not so hot. Attitude in finance Dept. was poor and rushed. The people that I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the fact that Shelton gave me time to check out the vehicle on my own without being to pushy and overbearing. I wasn't persuaded to look at more expensive cars which was also a plus. The only complaint I had was not giving me a full tank of gas after my purchase. I think the dealership should throw that incentive in with new or used purchases. Especially since the car I traded had a half tank and I left with maybe a quarter of a tank. More

Sean was easy to work with. He did not pressure me and gave me a great deal up front. He did everything as promised. I made the deal online and when I arrived at the dealership I was surprised that the ac gave me a great deal up front. He did everything as promised.
