This is the second vehicle we have purchased this year from Rick Case Kia and Debbie Normant. She knows the Sorento product line from front to back. The fact that Rick Case Kia doubles all manufacturer's warranties on all the new cars they sell, why would anyone think of going to another Kia dealership in the Atlanta area, or in Georgia for that matter? We have also used their service department for the first Sorento we had and will continue to use their service department for the service on our second and now third Sorento. More

Every feature was fully explained in a way that I understood it. I will definitely recommend the company (Rick Case) and Mike. I have visited many other company's in search of a vehicle. I was to describe what I was looking for and how it would fit in my every day needs for driving. Other companies try to convince you of what they have in stock and want to get rid of, this was not the case. Every thing that I requested in my assessment was met to the fullest. From the moment we met Perry Mallory on the showroom floor, he took the time to fully review every aspect of the vehicle we were looking at, and made sure that we knew about all the options and features that were available to us. Once we made our selection, Jerry Howell helped us work through the right price that would meet our needs and budget. Ken Hinger took it from there and helped us navigate through our financing and paperwork. As this was our first time purchasing a new car, they made it so easy!! We never felt pressured, never felt rushed in our decision, and truly felt these guys were ones we could trust. We will be happy to recommend Rick Case Kia to all of our friends and family! More
Sean did not landshark me when he saw me on the lot. I called him over when I was ready. That was refreshing. She had me in the paperwork signing chair and back out of it again in short order. She also tolerated my driving style and was very brave. :-) She took the time to help vehicle detailing and gas-up too which is really appreciated. Ken in finance was a treat. He had every finance option ready, cut several ways to see which "causes" would "effect" my decisions. He helped me select the best mix warranty and showed no impatience for my switcheroo attempts. I, Kary, took the offered bags when requested and found I needed them all to funnel my excess of junk while the new Forte was being detailed. Timing was perfect... when my old car was empty, the new car arrived. Overall... excellent day. Enjoyed all the interface and the team worked very well together. We came to an agreement on a price and I went to my bank in TN. Mitchell sent a retail purchase agreement. My bank wrote a check for that amount. My bank had already financed the car and the TN registration fees and all applicable taxes. All this happened on Thursday 24 oct 2013. I made contact with Mitchell and gave a $500 deposit to hold the car and I would be there on Sunday 26 oct 2013 between 12-1pm. I drove 3 1/2 hours and arrived at 1230 to find the car we agreed on sitting at the front door ready for pick up. 2 1/2 hours later after paperwork Mitchell says state law requires me to pay the taxes and tag transfer at the dealership. Thats all well and good but I explained it is already taken care of through my bank in TN. He returned my check to me and said they forgot to add that in. FORGOT!! I spent 10 hours of my day and accomplished nothing because someone forgot to tell me that the retail purchase agreement was a contract with other stipulations. I could have paid the extra but was not feeling comfortable at that point so we parted ways. Ken Hinger finance mgr did offer financing through his banks but I again did not feel comfortable with these guys and didnt have another 2-3 hours to spend. This deal already pre-arranged should have taken no more than 30 minutes. More

Kalesa ended up being solid and reliable with what she had power over so I recommend her. Even after the sale she was great. Management weren't too helpful. They claimed I got a great deal so they weren't willing to help too much on a particular issue. At the end of the day, they accepted the offer. Therefore, I would expect customer service regardless of price paid. Particularly as I give them free advertising with the words 'Rick Case' slapped on the back of the car. Would I buy from these guys again? Maybe... Put it this way, they didn't earn my loyalty because of an issue over a nominal amount. More
I was very please with the professionalism of the staff members I worked with and the timely manner in which I was able to get my approval of my new 2013 Kia Optima.
