Best dealership experience Prior to coming to Rick Case, I had my fair share of bad dealership experiences and was just about defeated. I had visited all of the Kia dealerships Prior to coming to Rick Case, I had my fair share of bad dealership experiences and was just about defeated. I had visited all of the Kia dealerships within a 50 mile radius of me and Rick Case was about 33 miles- let me save any of you the time, miles and gas and say that you should go straight to Rick Case Kia, because I certainly wished I had. My sales consultants were Oscar Martinez Razo and Chase Crawford, along with manager Greg Gantner. All three of them made my experience a lot better than any of the other dealerships. They were patient (with my indecisiveness of the color and model I wanted), they were pleasant (when I was holding my ground), and handled my sales deal with no pressure. When it was time to sign all of the paperwork, I worked with Gary Butram in finance and he also made the final process stress free. I can honestly say, it was an all around best experience from any of the other dealerships and I strongly recommend them. Please ask for Oscar, Chase or Greg when you stop by you won’t be disappointed! More

He set my appointment and told me Thomas would be my advisor. I pulled into service and Eric was there to greet me with a great smile and personality. He took me directly to Thomas. Thomas explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions on the services. I feel the price was fair and the service was more than great. Even to the point that Eric was able to take me to work and pick me up when my car was finished. I will be coming back for all my needs because of people like Eric and Thomas. More

Very pleased with service above and beyond I bought my Kia Cadenza several months ago and just had a bolt in my tire. My warranty didn't cover the issue, however the sales manager got involved I bought my Kia Cadenza several months ago and just had a bolt in my tire. My first car in 14yrs, first new car ever - great experience When the engine in my minivan died, I decided to replace it with a car - my five kids are getting older and one soon driving. I began to look into car options and settled on Kia. Several friends love theirs and have given me high praise. I researched several local dealerships and visited a few. I chose to work with Rick Case because of the "double manufacturers warranty" they offer. Also, the dealership is larger and more established than the option closer to home. Visiting the Mall of Ga store I was unimpressed and found their online response time to be very delayed. At Rick Case, I was met by Chette Rolle who walked me through the process. I want sure what model I wanted - we went over options and I test drove several. Then still conflicted, he offered to let me take the Optima home and the next day I took the Cadenza home. That did it. I chose the 2014 Cadenza - in Smoky Blue. The whole process was simple and enjoyable. I LOVE my new car. I opted to purchase rather than lease because I drive so much. Now, 4 months and 15k miles later, I still love my car. I get comments everyday about how great it looks. My friends and work associates who have driven it talk about how great it drives and all the options that would normally have more than twice the MSRP than my car sells for. Totally recommend. More
