Not the place for used cars I drove 300 miles to this dealership and traded my 12 sonata in on a 14 sorento.Felt something wasn't right about the car and was sure it had gotten w I drove 300 miles to this dealership and traded my 12 sonata in on a 14 sorento.Felt something wasn't right about the car and was sure it had gotten worse than normal mileage on the trip home.I called the next day and talked to the young man who handled me about taking advantage of their 3 day return policy.After that first call he never accepted or returned another call from me and would not answer his cell.After repeated messages I finally got a call from a sales mgr(not the closer on my deal).I talked to him and Jerry (the GM)Long story short, they refused the return supposedly because I had put 10 mi too many on the vehicle.I had planned to trailer the car back to the lot.The next day I took the car to my local dealer, Johnson KIA, and they were super friendly and helpful.I left the car with them and they and KIA decided the car needed a new engine and electric steering column.There was also a broken tab on the front bumper cover , bumper black overspray on the rear hatch,no fasteners on the lower rear bumper cover and the instrument lens was dirty or fogged up on the inside.We have come to like our Sorento but please be careful buying used from these guys. More

FANTASTIC I recently came to your dealership with no plans of buying a car. Mr. Little was my sales associate and sought the information necessary to find me a I recently came to your dealership with no plans of buying a car. Mr. Little was my sales associate and sought the information necessary to find me a vehicle that fit my needs to a tee. Mr Fitzpatrick finalized the deal. Upon leaving, Mr Little sat in the car for over 30 minutes explaining all that this 71 year old mind could hold. He was informative, knowledgeable and patient. He showed me a few things I would have never known existed five years from now. His closing words were "call me if you need anything explained to you, I am here to help." Awesome experience I have had the best experience at Rick Case Kia!!! I started having lots of problems with a previous vehicle that was not purchased at Rick Case! I was only going to the Rick Case dealership to see what my limits were in terms of credit score, down payment requirements, and test drive a few vehicles that I would be interested in if I meet all of the eligibilities to purchase a vehicle soon. Little did I know, Jaldrin was the man to see! He asked questions about my desired vehicles and the monthly amount I would be willing to be. I only walked in to see what would be the best thing for me to do in terms of getting a vehicle a few months away; however I drove off the parking lot with a great deal and warranty on a Kia!
