John called and spoke to me about what we were looking for and what our situation was. After hearing the payoff amount of our current car, John told me that we would probably need to put down about $2,500 and using the rebates would cancel out our negative equity and give us a lower monthly payment. Afterwards, we received a call from Victor. Victor initially told us that we would not be able to get a lower payment because of the negative equity. When I told him what John said, Victor said he would talk with his finance manager. Victor called me back and told me that yes we would be able to get a lower monthly payment if we put down 2500. He told us to come see him on Saturday and we could go over the details and do everything we needed to do. I was hesitant because we live about two hours from there. Victor encouraged us to come and said that something would work out. So, we made the drive to Rick Case. Upon arrival, we spoke with Irving. Irving was helping Victor out and told us he would assist us with this. Essentially, our monthly payment would be about $700 per month, which is well over what we pay now. We feel extremely misled and lied to you. We wasted four hours of driving time when we could have been doing something else. This is the reason we hate working with car salesman. Apparently, people will say and do anything just to get you to come. Very disappointed with this experience, especially since we purchased two cars from them a couple of years ago! I am so glad we were not desperately needing the situation to change with our current car, because we would've been screwed by Rick Case. More

I spoke with Irving Reyes several times and communicated via e-mail. My objective was to drive out of the dealership with a vehicle the day after arriving in the US. I most of all wanted a stress free buying experience. This is exactly what the Rick Case team delivered. I bought the vehicle I wanted and they worked hard to help me stay within my budget. Financing was also (if you can imagine) totally stress free and very pleasant. There was no pressure to buy extras. I highly recommend Rick Case KIA at Gwinnett Place. Salespeople who knew little to nothing about their products and services, managers that didn't care to give us 5 minutes of time - and to give them the benefit of the doubt, we went back a second time and experienced the same thing all over again. Awful is all we can say. Needless to say we bought a car down the street from them with better reviews! More

I drove to Rick Case Kia twice in one day over an hour each way. I did not buy a vehicle. While following Victor to get gas he sped off in the middle of traffic, left me in traffic, and would not answer his cell phone. I went back to the dealership and told them what happened, I asked them to call him and he still would not answer his cell phone.(What kind of salesman would not answer his phone when his boss calls). I noticed the dealership did not seem too concerned about not getting in touch with him. This led me to believe this has happened before. More

Excellent customer service I went in for an oil change and to have the headliner recall looked at for my Kia Soul. Orion is super friendly and very nice. At first he thought they wouldn't be able to fit in the recall notice but then was able to make it happen and even explained to me what would be needed for my big 30k maintenance work. This isn't the first time Orion has helped me and he's been really great each time. More

The Experience you should have when buying a car! I bought a car a few weeks ago and had the best service I have had at a dealership so far. I dealt with Irving Reyes and he made everything so easy fo I bought a car a few weeks ago and had the best service I have had at a dealership so far. I dealt with Irving Reyes and he made everything so easy for us and made sure that I was happy with what I was getting into. At no point did I feel pressured nor feel like I was wasting anyone's time like I felt at the other dealerships I had been to before. Overall excellent service and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Cant wait to be back in the near future to buy another car! Great Job guys! More
