My first experienc Andrew (Drew) Frison at the Rick Case Kia Dealership has provided me with great service on three vehicles over the past two years. My first experience with Drew was for a purchase for my mom. He profiled her in terms of what would be the best match for her based on her fixed income, annual mileage, and performance. We were completely happy with our Kia Soul purchase. Unfortunately, my mom was involved in an accident and the vehicle was totaled. However, Drew had encouraged us to purchase the gap insurance so our loss was nominal. Obviously, on the second purchase we went back to Drew and he provided the same great service. Then, my daughter's vehicle broke down, so we went back to Drew for our third purchase. Now, my husband's vehicle is starting to have trouble, so we might be seeing Drew again very soon. I think Drew is the ideal salesperson, he listens to the customer and actively engages to ensure all things are considered. He is very helpful, but not overbearing. Excellent Service My wife and I walked into this dealership on a very busy Sunday. All of the sales people were extremely busy dealing with other customers so the Sale My wife and I walked into this dealership on a very busy Sunday. All of the sales people were extremely busy dealing with other customers so the Sales manager personally came over to take care of us. I explained that my wife and I were in the market for a 3 row SUV and just wanted to take a look at a fully loaded SXL Sorento with 3 rows. They offered to let us test drive the vehicle while they work on getting us a sales person. I explained that my wife and I were already fairly tired after being at two previous dealers and we were just interested in sitting in the car to even see if it will meet our needs. They pulled up the car, tossed us the key and didn't even bother taking our information (which they didn't need as we weren't going to test drive it anyways). Needless to say, the car is still in the running and if we choose to get a Sorento SXL, I hope we have the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Kim in the future. More

This Dealer Is One Of The Worst This "dealer" is one of the worst. Purchased a used 2014 Kia Forte in 2015. They have never serviced the car while it was on their lot. Tires were ne This "dealer" is one of the worst. Purchased a used 2014 Kia Forte in 2015. They have never serviced the car while it was on their lot. Tires were never rotated. They tried to sell us tires on our first oil change at the dealer. I now have had to replace the brakes after 10,000 miles. When you call them for help, they give you the run around and eventually you get a "voice mailbox", where they NEVER and I mean NEVER return your call. Rick Case should be embarrassed to have his name on this dealership. These people that work at Rick Case Kia should be ashamed at themselves and their employer. I will never purchase a vehicle from Rick Case anything ever again!! I wonder even if this review will get anything done. Doubt it. More
