I was treated like family from all of the satff to include Andrew Frison, James Holloway and Andrew Torres. I have never made a review online of any kind until now due to I had never received the kind of service I did from these gentlemen. I want to give praise especially to Robert for his patience and constant smile while helping me with finding my purchase of a great looking '13 Optima EX. I came in on 03/30/16 and made my purchase on 04/01/16. Robert was patient and I knew I could trust him when he gave me an aggressive trade value for my truck and great price on the car. I was treated like a friend during my entire experience. The sales staff that were assisting other customers still made time to say hi. I will send my friends , family and strangers to see Robert and his staff because I believe in praising above and beyond customer service where it's due. Robert is a military veteran and it shows in his professionalism. Robert stated to me, "we are here after the sale", and I believe him with the kindness and patience he extended to me. Mr. Robert Baptiste, one of the managers, was involved in the 'deal'...once introduced, he was involved through final purchase. A true gentleman; man of his word and a joy to work with. Chett, Finance Mgr (?) was amazing through finance portion...he was pleasant, expedient, and thorough; made certain we understood everything and that we had all documents. We have purchased/traded MANY vehicles over the years...this was a pretty 'painless' experience and we remain very excited about our new, Kia Sorrento at this point. More

This is how customer service should be done! Robert took the time to get to know me personally, it was not just about the sales; this made me feel comfortable. However, when it was time to get to business, he went all the way to work with me, I was really shocked because this is not what you are used to, or, experience when buying car. It did not feel like i was buying a car at all (you know that horrible experience that takes ALL day and after that you need a drink and a deep sleep). it was not that at all. The whole experience felt great... Robert was such a great salesman because i knew he was doing what he should be doing , selling the car or convincing me to get the car, but i did not feel haggled at all. Thanks Robert& Drew, this is how customer service and sales should be done. I simply came back to buy the car because of their customer service and the deal they went out of their way to give me. 3 cheers!!! More
Best and Most Transparent Car-Buying Experience Ever So, I'll just put it to you straight: I was really dreading going to the dealership to buy a car. I had even seriously considered buying online just t So, I'll just put it to you straight: I was really dreading going to the dealership to buy a car. I had even seriously considered buying online just to avoid having to go, but I couldn't bring myself to buy a car without seeing it in person and test driving it. I found the exact car I wanted on Autotrader and walked into Rick Case Kia without an appointment. I was also expecting and planning to turn around and walk out at any given time during my visit if I didn't like the process. I was educated and had done a lot of research, and I wasn't going to let them "get one over on me." When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Ranata White and showed her the online listing. She found the car and took me out to the lot, The first thing I noticed was how personable and knowledgeable she was. When we got into the car to take the test drive, I was fully expecting her to shift into salesperson-mode and start pressuring me. To my surprise, she did the exact opposite. Instead, she continued to tell me about the features of the car and give me some important handling instructions that I wouldn't have necessarily known about. When we arrived back to the dealership, I said, "Okay, let's see if we can work out a deal." Again, I was fully expecting to get up and walk out at any point during the negotiation. I didn't expect to have to negotiate much on the price anyway, because it was already a fair price (I had checked pricing on Kelley Blue Book already). I sat down at her desk and she brought over her Sales Manager, Robert Baptiste, who was also warm and friendly. They immediately provided me with the CarFax and full pricing info from Black Book, and they also shared the invoice price. We agreed on the price, and it was quick and easy. They went to evaluate my trade-in, and again I was prepared to get up and walk out. They asked me to join them so that we could assess my car together. I politely declined because I was well aware of the current condition of my car and had valued it beforehand through Kelley Blue Book's instant cash offer. I wasn't thrilled with the price but knew what to expect. When they came back with the value on my car, it was lower than what I wanted and expected, so I counter-offered. Robert came back to me and accepted my counter offer. Trade-in negotiation done. Next up: finance manager. The last time I bought a car, the financing process was so awful and high-pressure that I left feeling like I had been ripped off and vowed never to go through that again or return to that dealership. Ranata introduced me to Chett Rolle, who took me back to his office. I made a joke about how awful it was going to be, and Chett reassured me, "It's not going to be like that here." I was still expecting to get up and walk out. To my surprise, Chett was also as warm and friendly as Ranata and Robert, and never once did I feel like he was pressuring me or strong-arming me. In fact, it was the exact opposite: he was thorough with explaining everything, asked me about my needs, and showed me my options. Instead of trying to intimidate me, I felt like he was educating me and helping me make good decisions. He was also very personable and enjoyed talking to him. The deal was done. It was so easy and pleasant - I couldn't believe it. They even asked me if I planned to come to them to service my vehicle. I said "probably" since there aren't any closer Kia dealerships to my house. Ranata introduced me to my Service Advisor, Orion, who asked me a couple easy questions and set up my first service appointment in 6 months. He assured me that they would email me an appointment reminder. Like most people, I hate the process of buying a car, but the team at Rick Case Kia has changed my mind. If you are considering buying here, I highly recommend requesting to work with Ranata, Robert and Chett. I left the dealership feeling good about my purchase and knowing that I got a good deal. The only thing that wasn't *ideal* about the whole process was that it still took about 3 hours. However, I brought my iPad and had my phone, so I kept myself occupied and entertained while I waited. Overall, I can easily say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, and I've had plenty. More

When we went to replace it, I called the first dealership first and they didn't seem interested in us anymore; I couldn't get past a receptionist!! When we talked to Rick Case Kia, they were right there with us from the get go! Fantastic selection, nice showroom, the nicest sales staff ever!! We replaced our 2016 Kia Soul with another 2016 Kia Soul! When we buy our next car, it will be from a Rick Case Dealership for sure!! More
