Previously I wrote a review based upon the information that I was given at the time , I now know the process in which the reimbursement system takes place. I apologize sincerely to Rick Case Kia for not doing my diligence first, this is a great dealership and I recommend it to anyone wanting to make a purchase I am thoroughly satisfied with my Kia Soul as I have been satisfied with all purchases from this dealership and I look forward to making other purchases in the near future. Fun & Easy Buying Experience - No High Pressure Sales here! From the time we walked in until the time we walked out, we felt like a valued customer. The Manager Mr Kim made us feel very welcome. Then we met with our Sales guy Davon Goulbourne, a young chap but very mature and competent. Davon had only been there a few months but was great fun to work with and very helpful and answered every question we had. When it came to negotiating on a price, we never felt pressured or intimidated. Davon handled all the negotiations for us with his supervisor, and all our requests were met. Working with our finance guy Brady Koerner was also a very easy process. Brady was very sharp, efficient and astute. Again he didn't pressure us by upselling any options. We were in and out of finance very quickly. The highlight of the car buying experience here is that you get to bang on the large gong - which was a fun experience! I visited other Kia dealerships but this one definitely was much better than the others. Thank you Rick Case Kia Gwinnett - definitely would recommend you to all my friends!
