The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. I was having some recall work done and it was an all day process. I hung out in the waiting room and did some work. The service center kept my car a week after it was towed to their location with no response to my numerous attempts to reach them. This resulted in me accruing over $500 in additional transportation fees t to their location with no response to my numerous attempts to reach them. This resulted in me accruing over $500 in additional transportation fees to make it to my job. Their service manager Joshua Bass would not make any attempt to correct this failure on the part of their service department to either address or correct this. Trust me when I say, Rick Case Kia will treat you very poorly. They will also not own or correct their mistakes. The numerous electrical problems with the vehicle itself were present when we bought it, but we were unaware of it at the time. Rick Case also has no problem selling you a lemon. One last point. The service department contacted me after a week via text and made the suggestion that the best means of communication would be via text. I responded that I would be coming by. I am a disabled veteran with a heart condition and I have to use a walker to get around. When I arrived at the service center there was a police officer on site. Apparently the rather cowardly service crew at Rick Case felt that -at 70 years old with my walker - I was a dangerous threat to their safety. Suffice it to say, when the police officer say me shambling into the service center, she looked at the service crew like they were a bunch of losers and she left. I guess she wasn’t as concerned about the safety risk I presented as the service crew was. Oh, well, what can you do? More
The oil changes have always done at Kia the last oil change they messed up my drain plug when I went Monday to get my scheduled oil change I went to Nalley Kia cuz it's closer to my house they could not change they messed up my drain plug when I went Monday to get my scheduled oil change I went to Nalley Kia cuz it's closer to my house they could not get the drain plug out they said it was stripped. So this is going to cost me money to have a whole new oil pan put in I think I need to be compensated for this money that I'm having to spend that your people messed it up I will not be going back to another Kia dealership at all to have any work done I think I should be able to get some of my money back so I'm able to pay for what I need to have done More
I had a simple service done and they did not do a simple thing like checking the air pressure in the tires. The paperwork showed 32 all the way around but that was not the case. Now i have been standing here 15 minutes and i will have to ask for my key back because it is taking too long. They also need to improve the professionalism of the two ladies who help in the area. Very loud more interested in food and the weekend than customers. More
