The customer service is incredibly rude. I brought my car in specifically because it was under recall and had all the symptoms of needing a new engine under the court ordered recall. When I made the appointment I was told I would be provided with a rental car while they worked in it, which was a lie. After two weeks and multiple phone calls they FINALLY looked at it and told me the diagnostic would be $199!!!! I was in tears and under extreme duress and in tears from being told there was no transportation for me/ and I live on SSN and have no money for a rental car, when I apparently signed a paper which to my understanding was simply an intake paper. Hours later I looked at what they presented me with and saw that it was for $199 for a diagnosing a car that I had ONLY BROUGHT THERE BECAUSE IT HAD ALL THE RECALL SYMPTOMS and because I had an appointment to get the engine replaced under the recall letter!!! NOW they want to charge me $4227 for repairs they say are not in the recall and they refuse to even make the repair that I brought the car for in the first place!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I will NEVER buy a Kia again and will tell everyone I know to NEVER about a Kia. The cars are HORRIBLE and they take ZERO responsibility for them or for KIa owners. Worst car experience of my life!!!!! More

The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. I was having some recall work done and it was an all day process. I hung out in the waiting room and did some work. In this day and age it is very nice to see a car dealership that actually cares about their customers. More

The service center kept my car a week after it was towed to their location with no response to my numerous attempts to reach them. This resulted in me accruing over $500 in additional transportation fees t to their location with no response to my numerous attempts to reach them. This resulted in me accruing over $500 in additional transportation fees to make it to my job. Their service manager Joshua Bass would not make any attempt to correct this failure on the part of their service department to either address or correct this. Trust me when I say, Rick Case Kia will treat you very poorly. They will also not own or correct their mistakes. The numerous electrical problems with the vehicle itself were present when we bought it, but we were unaware of it at the time. Rick Case also has no problem selling you a lemon. One last point. The service department contacted me after a week via text and made the suggestion that the best means of communication would be via text. I responded that I would be coming by. I am a disabled veteran with a heart condition and I have to use a walker to get around. When I arrived at the service center there was a police officer on site. Apparently the rather cowardly service crew at Rick Case felt that -at 70 years old with my walker - I was a dangerous threat to their safety. Suffice it to say, when the police officer say me shambling into the service center, she looked at the service crew like they were a bunch of losers and she left. I guess she wasn’t as concerned about the safety risk I presented as the service crew was. Oh, well, what can you do? More
