And we had been to several dealerships with either novice or aggressive/condescending sales people. Car shopping is frustrating under the best circumstances. We found a vehicle (2017 Kia Sedona) at a great price in their online inventory and I made an appointment for a test drive. My wife and I were immediately impressed with our sales rep. Brian Hinson was so knowledgeable—he knew every feature of the van and was able to answer all our questions about warranties and financing. He was also attentive to our needs instead of trying to force us into a sale, a simple courtesy we had not seen elsewhere. He worked with us on some options like roof rack rails, and we had to push a little for a preferable interest rate (shop around for this first, kids). And we drove home very happy. As we were finishing up, we realized that there was only one key. We were told that a replacement would cost about $175, so we figured it would be easiest to just pay out of pocket (we were ready to go home by now). It turns out it was actually going to cost twice that, but Brian stayed with it and ended up finding our original key and shipped it to us. It’s unlikely that that would happen to you, but I was impressed that he stuck with it and resolved the problem. I hate car shopping, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. More

Sales Manager, David Clarida, did a great job putting together the best deal possible to help meet my needs. I would recommend Rick Case Kia to my friends and family. I am so excited for my new Kia. Just Beware and Take a Closer Look. I thought Rick Case would be a safe dealership to buy a used car from, that I was wrong. They care about turning a profit than the customer. 5 minutes I thought Rick Case would be a safe dealership to buy a used car from, that I was wrong. They care about turning a profit than the customer. 5 minutes before signing papers on a car I fell in love with, realizing that I had not seen it in daylight, I just happened to take my flashlight out to take a closer look only to find left over scotch blue tape residue all over the front creases of the front bumper. After further inspection, the entire nose had been poorly repainted. When I asked the sales manager about it, he responded with "of course it's been painted, every used car here gets touched up. I have guys come Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday." Let's just be clear, there's a big difference between small paint touch ups from rocks and a full front bumper repair/paint jobs. There was overspray all under the car as well. Part of the grill wasn't properly attached back on either. Car fax was clean. I was so upset but this was my 2nd trip to the dealership, they already pulled my credit, I wanted to go home with a car. I walked the lot and found another car, same everything except had 15k miles less and $1000 more on the purchase price. I offered to spilt the difference and He declined and said he had only had it for 4 days and He wasn't gonna sell it to me. I'm disappointed in the dealership. They should be better than this. A dealership like this should take pride in the cars they sell. When you go to a Rick Case it shouldn't be and feel like a buy here pay here lot. More

While our credit was good, it wasn't good enough to qualify for that promotion. David Clarida, the General Sales Manager, didn't let that stop him from finding a way to make it work. He worked together with us to get us the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, with the payment terms we needed. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone in the same situation we were in. More

Great experience/Terrific people I went to Rick Case Kia to see a Toyota Sienna van I had seen on Autotrader. I hate car shopping and I dislike car dealerships even more. They have n I went to Rick Case Kia to see a Toyota Sienna van I had seen on Autotrader. I hate car shopping and I dislike car dealerships even more. They have not been among my more favorite shopping experiences historically. I hate feeling dumb, worked and manipulated in these places. These guys were awesome from the get go. I was already walking a fine line that day and they were all smiles, very helpful and accommodating. I wasn't even there to see their product or for a new car sale. Robert Baptiste(Sales Manager) asked me if I knew anything about their Sedona, which I didn't. He gave me the generals and turned me over to Danny Hughett (who was as nice as they come) on the sales floor and we went out and took the Toyota and the Sedona for a test drive. After that I decided I still preferred the Toyota (they never pushed me to buy their product) but still had one more to see at another dealership. Robert made me an offer on the Toyota which included taking it home overnight and to the other dealership with me the next day to compare. As we continued to talk, he went ahead and pulled the car fax for me on the last car. It had been in a significant wreck so there was not really any reason for me to go see it. Just that thoughtfulness saved me a 3-4 hr round trip to Cobb County that would have been a waste. The next day I returned it to be cleaned and a little ant problem fixed. Friday morning we came in and finished the deal. Three hours later I returned to the dealership because the air would not blow cold. There had been a suggestion of an issue when we test drove it but after we played with the buttons a little, it blew cold. We just figured it was us not knowing how to work it. I was worried as it had belonged to me for the last three hours. I didn't know what to do or what they might do. It was working by the time I returned but they took the car back to service to see what they could find. As it turned out it wasn't clearly obvious. They kept the car over the weekend to seek answers and put me free of charge in a 2017 Sorrento for the weekend, gassed up so I could go out of town as planned. They took it to the Toyota dealership to have them assess the issue. Toyota ended up replacing a bad compressor (not cheap) and Rick Case also had them clear out the active recalls that were outstanding. They returned the car to me Sunday afternoon with awesome cold air and a receipt for the work done on the car...I didn't pay a dime. I'm not sure what their real responsibility to me was but I believe they went above what they had to do and certainly above what my expectation was. I also have to give more xxxxxxto Robert as he wanted to give me a great deal on the extended warranty (not the 10 yr/100,00 miles which they already included on this 2014 Toyota) but I declined only because I was at my budget. All through the process they were kind, humorous, accommodating and most of all respectful. Huge shout out to Doug Harms, Chett Rolle, Danny Hughett and huge thanks to Robert Baptiste. You guys were the best and kept me smiling during a very difficult week. I will definitely return when I have a car need arise again. I went home a blessed gal. More

We drove several, picked one and started the buying process, but we were late for a dinner date and had to leave before finishing the paperwork or paying. They let us take the car anyway. For the weekend !!! Who does that??? We returned Monday to finish the process which didn't take long. What an amazing experience. Thanks to Robert and the whole team. More
