Great job by the service rep that I worked with. I was unhappy about initial warranty determination. I should have received a call from a manager the day I dropped my car off. After the initial service Mr. Crawford met me in the waiting room to discuss what was needed. Very clear articulation of the items that was needed clear information about the state of the vehicle. They said that there was no issue with the alignment (I knew he had no idea what he was talking about) but i figured i could have them balanced myself. turns out that the tires have high spots and are not able to be balanced, and they tell me its not their problem. BUYER BEWARE. More
