The cohesive teamwork and thoroughness complimented the amazing EV9. It began with Sales Manager Nick, Salesmen Andy and Ernest, Manager Jerome and concluded in financing with Stephen. Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. After having our 2020 Sorento for over a month to swap out the transmission, we get it back with a massive oil leak and they we have ever dealt with. After having our 2020 Sorento for over a month to swap out the transmission, we get it back with a massive oil leak and they are blaming it on us and telling me that the warranty won't cover it. The customer service is horrible and management is horrible. I should have known after having a horrible experience purchasing the vehicle. I guess this is how they treat people that pay off their vehicles too quickly... NEVER AGAIN! More

I have used this dealership for service, as it's were I fought the car and the warranty. I have never gotten my car back even remotely on time, never been called back when promised, the warranty I was tol fought the car and the warranty. Sales was great on a new EV but service after the sale is not there. They wanted me to wait 2 months for an appointment! Sorry, that's ridiculous.
