I am so thankful and encouraged to have the staff AND service at Rick Case KIA. I noticed my Service Advisor, Andre Johnson speaking with another person who was having their KIA serviced. Mr. Johnson was service at Rick Case KIA. I noticed my Service Advisor, Andre Johnson speaking with another person who was having their KIA serviced. Mr. Johnson was so clear, detailed, respectful, kind, thoughtful, and thorough about the work being performed for them. I have never seen that kind of care at a car service facility. I live ~15 miles from Rick Case KIA and plan on having my Sorento taken care of by Rick Case KIA and hopefully by Andre. Now, you should know that I had a problem with the sound system. Andre found that I had payed for extended insurance for my Sorento. He, Andre, called the insurance company and they, the insurance company, will be paying for the COMPLETE replacement of the system.
