Wow! I should have read all the reviews before taking my new 2020 Kia Telluride to this place. Told the service guy that I was hearing a noise in the back on the right side. Dropped my vehicle off at 830am and didn't hear from them around 145pm. When I spoke to the service rep he said they didn't hear anything. When I arrived at the dealership about 205pm he said they only heard the noise 1 time. As soon as I pulled off and turned the corner I heard it again and again. So what I have determined is that the dealership lack experience. Now I have to go to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle and he agreed. Go figure! Convenience is not always the best choice. Shame on me. More
