I came in for an oil change. I was told 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ended up taking longer. The nice gentleman in the service department came and spoke to me after the hour and fifteen minutes passed. Took an hour and a half to service the car. Keys on the counter when I got up to ask what the hold up was. Not sure why I wasn’t notified the car was ready.
