But after the sale I haven’t received them and they won’t return my calls or emails regarding them. I even received an email from Kia corporate a day after the sale congratulating me on my purchase and it even stated I would be receiving the credits. What really put me over the edge is that Monique, the woman that sold me the car, called me a week after my purchase and urged me to e to come in to the dealership to complete a survey. She said she was going to give me a check for $200.00 for being such a great customer and that they would hook my car up to their super charger while I was there and get me a full charge, because they valued me as a customer so much. When I got there, they did indeed hook my car up to a charger, but it was a merely a trickle. A super charger would have given me a full charge in 20 minutes. The display on the charger said it was charging at 7.5 amps, and my Kia app said it would be done charging in 9 hours. I brought this up to Monique, stating that this isn’t going to give me any kind of worthwhile charge and she quickly changed the subject. She had me go inside the dealership and fill out on a piece of paper my name and address and then she wrote $200.00 on it. I asked what this paper was for and she didn’t answer but redirected me again. She wanted me to pull up an email that was supposedly sent to me with the survey information. Apparently she was going to sit right on top of me while I filled it out, which started to become awkward. She also said that I need to make sure that I wasn’t on the dealership’s WiFi when I filled it out, which made me a bit suspicious. I looked through the emails on my phone and couldn’t find anything regarding a survey. She had me keep looking, then brought me up to the sales manager Daniel regarding it. He didn’t have much to say, and when I assured both of them that I didn’t have this email, they pretty much said goodbye, and Monique said she would drive to me tomorrow to deliver the check. Well that was the last time I have heard from her. At her urging, I drove 80 minutes round trip to meet with her, I didn’t get the check I was promised, I didn’t get my car charged up like I was promised, and now neither the sales manager nor Monique won’t return my emails regarding it. A complete freaking waste of my time, and a huge disrespect to me as a customer. I was lied to and then ghosted. I am 59 years old and have never had a bad experience from a car dealership, until now. I will never do business with any Rick Case dealership again. I am also going to send my complaint to Kia corporate, and, depending on how they handle things, will be the deciding factor if I ever buy another Kia again. More
I refrain from commenting on bad service as they’re many factors that could attribute to it however I will never visit this location again. After 10 years of being a loyal customer my last experience was a factors that could attribute to it however I will never visit this location again. After 10 years of being a loyal customer my last experience was a nightmare. The service advisors really need training on communication and it is evident from all the other reviews I’ve read. I went in for a car recall that should have taken 1-2 hours but the advisor Wesley never followed up once in 40 days. My car was parked in a lot and no action was performed to remedy my problem. I took it upon myself to pick up my vehicle and used another Kia Dealership, it took them 3 days to inspect my recall and replace my ICUU fuse. I’m still flabbergasted how my time was wasted. More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Greg Moore at Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place, and I have to say, he’s hands down the best sales guy I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we walked in, even thoug Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place, and I have to say, he’s hands down the best sales guy I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we walked in, even though we were just browsing, Greg went above and beyond to assist us. He had just come back from his lunch break and could’ve easily brushed us off, but instead, he made sure to check in and see if we needed help—despite knowing we weren’t buying that day. We explained that we weren’t planning to purchase for another 2-3 weeks because we were waiting on an insurance check, but Greg didn’t bat an eye. He dedicated over an hour of his time, answering all our questions and walking us through the process. Even without a guaranteed sale that day, his focus was entirely on making sure we had all the info we needed. A week later, but still one week until the insurance payout was going to come through, we returned to get all the paperwork finished. Greg made the entire process smooth and easy, even holding the vehicle for us after we put down a very small deposit. There were a couple of minor issues with the car when we brought it home, but Greg took care of them immediately and even filled up the gas tank as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. This was an overall fantastic experience, and I can honestly say I’ll be returning to Greg for any future vehicle needs. If you’re looking for a sales rep who genuinely cares about his customers and goes the extra mile, Greg Moore at Rick Case Kia is the guy to see. Highly recommend! More
My experience with Rick Case Kia Service was absolutely horrible. I purchased my Kia used in 2019, and they added the 100,000 extended warranty. When my car started consuming oil for no reason (not leaking horrible. I purchased my Kia used in 2019, and they added the 100,000 extended warranty. When my car started consuming oil for no reason (not leaking, not burning) in February 2023, the service rep told me it was a gasket problem that wasn't covered under the warranty and sold me on a $900 oil soak repair. As they did not provide me with a copy of the extended warranty document (despite multiple requests) until summer 2024, I did not realize they had lied. It was only after the engine seized and it turned out Rick Case Kia had NOT performed the KSDS sensor update they should have in February 2023 (when they were asked to do all recalls and updates) that i found out there was 1) a class action about the engine in my car and 2) I was ineligible for the class action because Rick Case had not done the update. The engine replacement was ultimately covered under the extended warranty (less a $250 deductible), but the original $900 repair that should have been covered, and the car rental fees their customer service rep assured me would be reimbursed by them while I was out a car for 3 1/2 months, were not covered. When their loaner car was vandalized after they left the new car sticker and and the BUY THIS CAR NOW ads on the car, I was hit with my insurance deductible plus $750 administrative fee for the damage. In total, they were misleading, disingenuous, and unresponsive at every turn, and I am out almost $4,000 for what should have been covered by the the warranty and class action. They are exemplar of the worst of used car salesmen. Not only would I never buy from any Rick Case brand again, I would never buy from any Kia or related brand again because of this experience. More
They took over a year. 14 months to replace my window and ignition. Called over 30 times and on line 30- 90 min would get " sorry I will get somebody to call you back short 14 months to replace my window and ignition. Called over 30 times and on line 30- 90 min would get " sorry I will get somebody to call you back shortly. Only got 3 calls back after the one year mark. Then when i went to get it. They had charged and were paid to clean up the car and broken glass. When i arrived after being told it was ready for pick up. It was filthy and still had glass all over the back seats. I left after getting the managers number mr Bass. He said he would call when it was ready. I called him after leaving the shop and left a message that i was leaving the country for 10 days and that if it could be cleaned and ready i could pick it up the next day. I also left a text message saying the same. I got no call back. But i got a call 3 days later along with an email stating that the car was ready and that ihad not come to get it and they would be starting the process of impounding it and or charging $35 a day. After returning mr bass said you called me? Do you have the correct number. I showed it to him along with the text message. And he said of thats weird i don't remember seeing it. Long story short this place has horrible customer service. Some of the ways i had to use to get to a person in under an hour was to call the sales desk. They would answer those calls. I will never use this shop again. And i can not even think of recommending it. I am almost willing to bring this to one of the local news channels to bring it to pubic light. More
