I wish I could return my car I purchased the maintenance package for my car and worst decision ever . Went in for an oil change and the usual inspection. They said they changed m I purchased the maintenance package for my car and worst decision ever . Went in for an oil change and the usual inspection. They said they changed my oil and topped off all fluids.... not one fluid topped off and my dip stick for the oil was low.... how is it low when I just picked it up..... did they even touch my car? I don't trust them one bit. More

Best service Rick case Kia sunrise has one excellent staff all of them were very helpful and kind I have a 2014 Kia sported she had an issue with a valve stem on Rick case Kia sunrise has one excellent staff all of them were very helpful and kind I have a 2014 Kia sported she had an issue with a valve stem on my front left tire they replaced it unfortunately the issue came back then they had to replace the whole entire system and the issue has gone away I appreciate all the time and effort they put into it The entire service department including the mechanics did an excellent job and are very nice people I definitely recommend this dealership which case should be very proud of his employees More
